We worked with Thomas to buy a 2019 Acura RDX A-Spec who not only knew EVERY single detail about the car when he took us to test drive it, but also gave us an breakdown of the pricing so we didn't have to worry about being ripped off. In fact, Thomas gave us a gave us a far better discount than we had ever expected, even after taxes, fees and accessories! He doesn't go out to make as much money as he can at the expense of the customer like other dealerships would try and do, but rather he tells you WHY he's doing what he's doing, and I appreciate that. Even personally he was willing to let us test drive during late hours, offered us water, coffee, candy, even food when it got late. He stayed with us near midnight, hours AFTER closing time to work out things with our insurance, which takes a lot of patience. That to me shows that he cares. Other salespeople at other dealerships would just make the sale and be done with it. And did I mention he's also an NSX Specialist? I have nothing but good things to say about him and Paragon Acura.
