I was determined to continue working with Francisco because of his professionalism and easy-going attitude. Most dealerships offer a “you versus them” atmosphere and sales reps are often pushy. Francisco was the complete opposite. That’s why we returned several times until Paragon had acquired a used car that met our needs and price. I even had a deposit down and insurance binder ready to go at another dealership, but cancelled it so that I could give Francisco my business. He also went out of his way, AFTER the sale was done, to get me the spare key and owner’s manual from the previous owner. Thank you Francisco and the Paragon Acura team! More
