From the time I began my inquiry, it took a total of two days to get a car of my desire. During the first day, all the back end documentation necessary was done online via Paragon Direct. And when we went to test drive, we left with the car that night. Big thank you to Francisco Collado who went above and beyond to ensure we left with ease. As a customer with experience in dealerships, he is by far the best with customer satisfaction. He ultimately wants you to leave the lot safe with a picture attached. He will fix all troubles. Other staff as well were helpful and would definitely recommend this Acura! Thanks again! More

Amazing Service Advisor and Overall Service! Mike also recommended that my vehicle gets inspected for the fuel pump recall, saving me from a future trip to Paragon. Mike was exceptional, friendly, thorough and professional with me throughout the whole experience. Truly a pleasure to visit Paragon Acura either for a lease/sale or service. Charged for service and parts not rendered I purchased my 2015 ILX back in Oct. 2016 since my purchased I've had all my maintenance and my annual inspection done here. Over the passed two yea I purchased my 2015 ILX back in Oct. 2016 since my purchased I've had all my maintenance and my annual inspection done here. Over the passed two years of service there were little signs of services not being done. The worst of it was this passed year in August 2018 I brought a new battery ( then found out it should have replaced under warranty ) I paid for a new cabin filter and new motor air filter and for a four wheel alignment. Then in September 2018 I needed to get my annual inspection I was told that i should replace the cabin filter and the motor air filter because they were found to be very dirty. these filters do not get very dirty in three weeks I was also told that my front brakes when from 7mm to 2mm in the same three weeks and would need to replace them too. And the finance dept. quoted me at 4.99% a fews months later when refinancing I noticed i had signed at 5.99%. No wonder they never pick up your phone calls and if you walk in to speak to someone in finance they don't sit at their desks and will always be back shorty. I will not be going back to Paragon Acura . More

Peter always makes the transition from one car to another seamless. He doesn’t play games and doesn’t put up a nonsense car salesman act that a lot of salesmen put forward. He’s honest and personable and he is the main reason I continue to shop at paragon. We spent more time today catching up on life and our families than we did discussing the lease. The lease was automatic, just a matter of paperwork. The rest of the paragon team did a great job as well, everyone was friendly and got the job done. More
