Time wasted The people at this dealership that we dealt with have absolutely no consideration of their customers' time. Seems like there may be a sales associate The people at this dealership that we dealt with have absolutely no consideration of their customers' time. Seems like there may be a sales associate or two that are good, but we did not have that experience - although the sales associates seemed courteous for the most part, our time kept being wasted. Two weeks ago, my wife had made an appointment to see a specific certified used car that was available according to their website. She called to confirm her appointment to test drive the vehicle. She gets to the dealership and was told that the car she wanted to test drive was being held somewhere else that was about an hour away...so she test drove a similar car that they had at the actual dealership. Why confirm an appointment with someone to test drive a SPECIFIC car if you are not going to have that car available to test drive!!! She left a bit frustrated that she didn't get to drive the car she signed up to drive, but it wasn't that big of a deal; they said they would drive the car to our apartment (30+ minutes away) so that she didn't have to make the trek to Queens again. Then the car dealership called her a few days later to confirm an appointment she never made during the week. She let them know that she had said that she was NOT available for that time and again they agreed to drive the car to our apartment. They then asked that we put down a deposit on a car that we never even seen. We refused.... Luckily, she was able to test drive the vehicle we wanted a few days later. We had a little back and forth about the price so we told them we would get back to them about the car. We made an appointment to see them again on a Sunday since that is the best day of the week for me to see the vehicle as well. Mind you, we had to make arrangements for someone to watch our daughter while we went to go shop for the car. The day before our appointment, they called my wife and confirmed that our appointment was still on with someone from the used car building. We asked specifically which building to go to and they told us to go to the main showroom. Fast forward to Sunday, we get to the dealership and someone approaches us. We tell them we have an appointment at 12 o'clock.... they then tell us we are at the wrong building even though we SPECIFICALLY asked which building we were supposed to go to... we proceed to be helped by someone we had not talked to before. We get to his desk and he types into his computer the car we wished to purchase. SURPRISE...the car was sold TWO TO THREE DAYS AGO!!!! So it was sold even BEFORE they confirmed our appointment to talk about that specific car. They clearly wasted our time on purpose and wanted to sell us another car. Out of courtesy, let us know that the car was already sold and we can make the decision if we wanted to look at another car. Not putting down a deposit would have been our fault and I would have gladly worked with them to purchase another car... but after this I will never go back to this dealership. I would rather take the time to drive to NJ to find my next car. Don't waste your time here - perfect waste of an hour and a half on a weekend... More

Had an overall pleasant experience I applied for financing so the dealer knows I was serious. I had a prompt follow up and spoke to their "first engagers" over text. After sharing what I applied for financing so the dealer knows I was serious. I had a prompt follow up and spoke to their "first engagers" over text. After sharing what I was looking for we kept in contact and finally agreed to come in. He was pretty persistent but in a good way. Finally I manage to come in and meet with their sales person. The sales person was fine and had a better experience with him than the last visit with another salesman. I ended up closing on the lease same day. Definitely had to do my homework and stick to my guns. In the end I was pretty happy with the deal I got and the person who showed me around my car was very helpful. Would rate it close to a B+ More
