I live in Manhattan and was not thrilled about going to Queens to service the car. Wow, Paragon came to me, picked up and delivered my car and serviced it beautifully. I cannot say enough about my experience and I have no doubt this will be my dealer for all servicing and my son is off to college soon and wants the car (can't blame him- it is beautiful) so we will be getting another one in a couple of years and you know it will be at Paragon Acura. There could have been more transparency in regards to credit tiers. One brand two dealerships same credit score, but one had my in a higher tier and paragon had me at a lower tier. This should be aligned and consistent across dealerships. More

I am a loyal Acura customer having leased or owned two DMXs, the TLX, 2017 RDX and just purchased the 2019 RDX. All five vehicles came from Paragon Acura! Acura cars are amazing! They are extremely well designed, they handle extremely well (A dream to drive) and very reliable. Acura can compete with AUDI, Lexus, BMW and Mercedes-Benz any day of the week, without the a-la/cartel price point! There are other Acura dealers I could do business with. The reason I go back to Paragon is because team makes me feel at home and a valued customer! Thomas Ng is a true professional. He’s knowledgeable, patient, has good listening skills and has a no pressure approach to selling! Shun Rodriguez helped familiarize me with my new 2019 RDX. She knows the vehicle well and was fun to work with. I once posted a negative review and got a call from the GM. He was genuinely concerned that I had an unsatisfactory experience that one time. He quickly took action and turned my negative experience into a positive one! Let’s face, things happen! Understanding and empathy goes a long way! Also, when I have my car serviced, it’s quick, and service advisors communicate well. The waiting area is comfortable with TV, snacks & beverages, computers and free wi-fi. Alex by the way is top notch as a service advisor. If I don’t have time to stop into the dealership, Paragon picks up my vehicle from my home and returns it! These are the collective reasons why I love Acura and Paragon has been my automotive dealer for years! More
