Sold car I had put a $500 hold on for a day to someone else. I live 2 hours away from this dealership but they were the only one who had a 2019 black with black 2019 MDX with tech package. So I called, negotiate I live 2 hours away from this dealership but they were the only one who had a 2019 black with black 2019 MDX with tech package. So I called, negotiated a price, put a $500 reserve for one day and was supposed to go the next morning. I had sold my car so ended up taking the bus from NJ to manhattan and then a subway to queens to the dealership and got there at 9 when they opened. Total trip time just over 2 hours. I get there and they told me the car is sold. Then they tried to sell me the last brown one they had. I would have been ok had they just called me the night before and said the car is sold the night before, ( not the sales persons fault of course) but no one had the courtesy to do that and they blamed the computers. I then had another 2 hours journey back. Maybe it’s a blessing - I went straight to a Volvo dealer in NJ and picked up an XC90. More

Another Outstanding Experience This is the 5th vehicle I have leased with Paragon Acura and I must say that my experience with Thomas this time around was my best yet. He originall This is the 5th vehicle I have leased with Paragon Acura and I must say that my experience with Thomas this time around was my best yet. He originally worked with me in early July and told me that a better deal would be available for me closer to September and that he would be in touch with me. True to his word he followed up with me on August 20th and on August 24th he was able to get me into the exact vehicle I was looking for with the options I wanted and at a monthly payment I was happy with. The whole process from sitting down at his desk to begin the paperwork to driving off with my new RDX was fast and painless. Great customer service, very attentive to his customers needs and a very easy person to work with. I highly recommend Thomas if you are looking for a new vehicle and want a true professional to help you with the purchase. More

I met Mr. Manuel Castillo who showed me a 2020 Acura TLX and I fell in love with it. He took me through the whole process and helped me get to a price that I could afford. What I loved about the service was that he didn't try to just sell me a car, he taught me a lot about the financial parts of owning a car and helped me get insurance that did not cost me much. I walked into Paragon Acura without a car and left in a brand new car thanks to Mr. Castillo and his team. Mr. James Roach was also very helpful because he showed me all the aspects and specs of the car. He was very fun to learn from he provided excellent service. I will definitely recommend Paragon Acura to all my family and friends. More

Buyer Beware My wife and I recently leased a 2019 Acura RDX. We called the dealership with the stock # of the car that we wanted and asked them to please have the My wife and I recently leased a 2019 Acura RDX. We called the dealership with the stock # of the car that we wanted and asked them to please have the car ready for us. We wanted to look at it, but we were ready to lease. The person I spoke with (Nick) said, "no problem we have it here on the lot, it will be ready for you." I asked several times, because it was a Sunday and I knew the paperwork would take time - to confirm it was there. We were driving from New Jersey and wanted to make sure. He said to ask for him or the sales manager (Ali). When we arrived, we were not greeted by anyone, had to find the desk. The young lady behind the desk seemed very annoyed that we interrupted her from texting on her phone. We asked to speak with Nick or Ali, and were promptly told that neither were available because Nick was in the lead department and Ali had the day off. So Jose the salesperson came over to help us. We asked him about the exact car that we wanted and he said, no it's not here, it will take me 35 minutes to get it here. First we were annoyed, but we had traveled a long way and said okay we will wait. Then he said, no it will take an hour, when pressed he said no it will take 2 hours. Then he finally admitted it that it was not possible for us to see the car. I am condensing this conversation but it took 20 minutes just to get him to admit that he could not get the car. We kept pleading our case that we had traveled more than an hour, called in advance, were ready to make a deal, but couldn't do it without seeing the vehicle. Finally he asked his manager and they agreed to deliver the car to us the next day and bring the contract with them. We agreed on the lease terms of 12,000 miles and a monthly payment. Both my wife and I are working professionals and asked around what time the car would be delivered. We were told between 5 and 5:30. I had to be there to sign the contract, but I was working around 2 1/2 hours from my home that day. I sent a text to Jose all day asking for an update about when the car would be ready because I had such a long drive. Wasn't able to get a time frame - so I left a meeting with a client to be back at my house at 5:30 as agreed. The car showed up at around 7:30 - and the contract was wrong - it said 10,000 miles. When I sent a text to Jose, he replied, "oh but you can go over 7,500 with Acura. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that it was just an oversight, but a response like that makes me think it was intentional. Overall we walked away from the experience with the car that we wanted, however, if it was available at any other dealership - we would have gone elsewhere. Very sneaky place. In a world where everything available online 99% of dealerships are transparent with their pricing and incentives. These guys seem to be in the dark ages of negotiation. The bright spot was James who delivered the car to us - he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Was apologetic that the lease order and contract were incorrect and immediately got on the phone with a manager - wish he was part of the first mile instead of the last. More
