I was going to leave Acura until Thomas saved the day My first lease in 2017 with Acura was from Acura of Brooklyn. I recueved Horrible service and experience from that dealership. I was convinced i was leaving Acura to go with another Company. Until I received a call from the call center from a lady by the name of Shakira. She stayed in touch with me and did everything in her power to get me to go down to Acura of Paragon. When I arrived they directed me to Thomas who was exceptional. He was very patient with me and went above and beyond to make sure he met my needs. If it wasnt for Thomas and his team I would not be driving my new RDX which I love... Thomas was able to keep me as a loyal Acura customer. More

Thomas & his team went above and beyond on my dream NSX! I was on the fence about getting a new NSX and Paragon is my local Acura dealer. I was preparing to visit every Acura dealer in the Tri State área and I was on the fence about getting a new NSX and Paragon is my local Acura dealer. I was preparing to visit every Acura dealer in the Tri State área and fight for the best price on the best looking NSX that I could find! I never thought in a million years that my local dealer would have had the exact car that I wanted and came down the exact price that I wanted! Thomas & his team couldn’t have done a better job during my sale. I had every random request and question that you can think of and they answered every single one! I have regained faith in buying cars again and working with dealer. This a top notch team with the absolute best price and inventory in the country! Believe I called every dealer I could find on google and no one could beat Paragons service and price! Do your self a favor and at least test drive the NSX any time that you’re considering an Acura! Gender discrimination Two weeks ago I called up this dealership because it was recommended by a friend and I read some good reviews about their store “performances”. Destin Two weeks ago I called up this dealership because it was recommended by a friend and I read some good reviews about their store “performances”. Destiny over phone was telling me to come in, they can def offer better deals, end of the month quotas and I was excited to go and check. I went with my husband, mom and our baby looking for a family car. My husband carrying the baby walked ahead of me while my mom and I were 3ft behind. This salesman approached my husband and introduced himself. Didn’t bother with me or my mom. Even when I got close to them, he didn’t bother to introduce himself, only talking to my husband and as we walked to his desk and sat down, he still didn’t bother to speak to me. ONLY directly & talking towards my husband. Didn’t realize this day in age people think females don’t have impact in decision making or maybe he thought I didn’t speak English?! I only got his name when I took a peek at his paper/form. I had to jump in at times because I was the one who was deciding what kind of car we are looking for. I told him what happen over the phone with Destiny and all he did was scrolling thru the Acura website and telling me numbers that I ALREADY knew and can view myself! Not only he was not helpful, he knocked over his all in one computer monitor and pulled the plug. At that point, it all seemed like a joke. Later when we decided to go, he wrote this statement behind his form somewhere along the lines of “if the price is good, I will sign today or with you guys”. Is this guy serious? Less than 30mins in and I’m being FORCED/PRESSURED to sign? I told him no thanks, I don’t feel comfortable and he said “It says IF and if you take this to court they’ll just laugh at it”. We just pretty much walked out. The next day a lady called from customer service and asked about my experience, I told her everything and she apologized and will have someone contact me soon. So far it’s been TWO WEEKS. We were seriously looking into a family car since I brought my family to the dealership, its not easy to bring an infant around. More
