Excellent Leasing Experience I have been buying my Acura MDX from Paragon Acura since 2001. This was my 8th vehicle. I had never worked with Thomas but Peter Pazmino, the sales I have been buying my Acura MDX from Paragon Acura since 2001. This was my 8th vehicle. I had never worked with Thomas but Peter Pazmino, the sales manager walked me over to him. I decided to go from the 17 MDX advance to the 2020 RDX advance but I had a lot of concerns. Thomas was professional, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions and offered me a very fair deal for the new vehicle. The only complaint I would have had in the past is that the day you show up to pickup your car, it usually takes hours in the dealership to get the car prepped, the insurance and plates swapped and sign the paperwork. Well this time was pleasantly different. Thomas, who was busy with other customers found the time to get it all done and get me out of the dealership in 1 hours time ! That is really big. I felt like Thomas respected my time and did all he could to give me the experience I desired. If you are looking for a new vehicle I would recommend an Acura, and if you are going to lease or purchase an Acura, I would strongly recommend you speak with Thomas Ng at Paragon Acura. More

These guys talk a big game on service but I've had only one experience and it could hardly have been worse. They wasted a full day of my time on what was either a wild goose chase or a classic bait and sw one experience and it could hardly have been worse. They wasted a full day of my time on what was either a wild goose chase or a classic bait and switch. I called them to make sure that a used car that they had advertised was still available. They told me it was. I drove an hour to get there and waited over 40 minutes to be told that the car was no longer available and would I like a different color (we were looking for a specific color). And then, I get an e-mail and a text message to make sure I had a good experience. I responded with my story and got no response. If you want good customer service, go elsewhere! More

Horrible Experience with Vehicle and Customer Service I made an appointment to test drive a 2017 Certified Pre Owned MDX for today at 10:15. The car was priced really well on the internet, and Paragon had I made an appointment to test drive a 2017 Certified Pre Owned MDX for today at 10:15. The car was priced really well on the internet, and Paragon had such great reviews, so I figured it would be a good experience. I had such confidence that I even had a cashiers check for the purchase price made out to the dealer, ready and waiting to go. Before I arrived, I called several times to confirm the appointment and to ask them that the car be pulled out and waiting for the test drive. I test drove another car there a few weeks ago, and had to wait literally over an hour for them to pull the car out of their lot, as several others were blocking it. They assured me on the phone, over and over, that the car would be ready and waiting. Get there for my appointment today, and of course, the car is not out of the lot, not even close. Strike one. Kelvin, a salesperson who had been texting with me about the car all week, greeted us, and told us he would go get the car. 10 minutes later, a totally different person, Giorgio, told us that Kelvin got busy on something else, and that he would be helping us. This should have been my first clue to leave - what kind of dealership has a salesperson just walk away from you in the middle of a transaction? But, I stayed, and Giorgio said he would be back with the car in five minutes. My husband and I sat at the desk for 30 minutes while Giorgio walked back and forth, getting keys from a lockbox and moving one car at a time. At the 30 minute mark, my husband asked him how much longer he would be. He said, five more minutes. We sat back down. Fifteen minutes later, I'd had enough. I walked out to the lot, where I found Giorgio trying to jump start another car. I told him we couldn't wait and that we were leaving. We left the showroom, but as we were walking out, another salesman ran after us and begged us to stay. We had come a long way, and had gotten a babysitter for the appointment, so we decided to give them one last chance. Five minutes later, we were in the car. I knew it was going to be a bad experience from the minute we sat down. The first thing we noticed was that the windshield had a noticeable chip in it. I asked Giorgio whether if we decided to buy the car, this would be fixed. He said he would check with his manager. As soon as I got into the passenger side, I noticed two large patches of adhesive residue on the console. I asked what this was. Giorgio said it could easily be "detailed out." I wonder why they didn't do that before they decided to show the car to people, especially as a Certified Pre-Owned. We pull out of the lot and I turn the radio on. Half the speakers in the car are non-functional. Giorgio instructs me to try some buttons to fix this, but the speakers are clearly blown. He apologizes. Finally, we're driving the car. We notice that the car is shuddering and jerking as we're driving at low speeds on surface roads. My husband suggests that something is wrong with the transmission. Giorgio agrees that it appears something is wrong with the transmission. At this point, I say, lets just go back to the lot, as this is clearly not a car that is living up to the standards for Certified Pre Owned. Giorgio repeatedly apologizes for the experience, saying this is not the kind of car or service they typically offer. But after the morning I spent there, I find that hard to believe. Overall, a gigantic waste of time. Paragon seems to do a lot of volume, so I guess for them, customer service doesn't have to be a priority. The salespeople seemed dishonest and not very knowledegeable, and the car was pretty terrible. We went straight over to Rallye Acura in Rosyln and ended up buying another car that same day, for more money. But, the car we ended up buying was impeccable, as was the service at Rallye. Definitely would never recommend Paragon. More

Being multi-lingual, and having the skill to solve his client's problems makes him the best in the industry. Paragon Acura is lucky to have such an outstanding employee with them. More
