If you throw him an offer, he'll storm off, complain, and then get mad at you that he'll get "fired" for offering a number that isn't in their ballpark. This is the kind of dealership that came out running while I was halfway in the street because they couldn't afford to lose a sale after I walked away. They will scam you to no end and do the bare minimum to prepare a CPO car for you. I purchased a 2022 MDX ASPEC from them, CPO, and since the day I drove it off the lot, issues beyond issues have come up. The car was sold to me completely out of alignment, two bent rims, 0 antifreeze in the reservoir, worn front and rear brakes etc. just to name a few things. MAKE SURE you test drive their cars on the highway as their test drive route around the block does not allow you to feel or see any potential issues. I have been horsed around by Paragon Acura, having to go back and forth and fighting for an alignment and to fix other ongoing issues. I recently found out that two of my rims are bent due to the previous owner hitting a curb. The CARFAX states that they had fixed the wheels, but clearly they're still bent according to my mechanic and due to heavy vibrations on the highway. I was denied new rims and basically told that its my problem as they claimed that the car passed inspection... Clearly a High Volume dealership means they don't care about their vehicles. You guys need to step your game up. It's embarrassing that you guys can even call yourselves a dealership. They are not customer-focused nor do they put the customer first. Buyers BEWARE... there are better options/dealerships elsewhere that won't screw you. Don't be fooled. More

I made an appointment to view two cars at first thing in the morning. The night before I called to confirm that both cars were still available. Today, I had a very disappointing experience at this place. I inquired about a car and explained that I commute from NJ to NY, emphasizing that I couldn’t come unless there was an initial agreement for place. I reiterated this request multiple times over the phone and confirmed it with the salesperson. Despite this, when I arrived, I was told tha by Alana that my sales rep should Brian but he was busy. She discussed the sales with me and then told me we couldn’t discount the car that much. After commuting three hours and leaving work early, I’m extremely upset and disappointed. More
