UPDATE: After being jerked around, yet again, for another week trying to get an answer about a rim replacement, Paragon Acura is going to discredit any previous issues that happened to me and my car. Their proposed solutions include the inconvenience of not having my car while it’s repaired, giving a loaner, and ultimately, to find that my rims were not even bent or claim another lie that will only make matters worse. Puzzling that another 182 CPO inspection was also mentioned… when it should have been thoroughly inspected the first time. With the amount of distrust that has built between them and I, there’s no way I or anyone should have their car serviced/repaired here. You’re asking for trouble/more issues. A word of the wise, seek other more trustworthy and reputable dealerships that won’t inconvenience you. Do your own due diligence and service your car with someone who will tell you the truth. Another great example of how dealerships play the game of screw, what they are all trained to play and do.
