I dont even know where to start, in 2017 i purchased 2017 Honda Accord. I loved the vehicle. In September 2019 I wanted a vehicle that would fit my needs, I wanted an upgrade. I was excited to purchase the 2 Honda Accord. I loved the vehicle. In September 2019 I wanted a vehicle that would fit my needs, I wanted an upgrade. I was excited to purchase the 2020 Acura RDX . I was very excited the day I purchased the vehicle it was all I dreamed of. However shortly (November, 16, 2019)after i realized it wasnt what it was hyped out to be. I brought the vehicle in for service. The brakes were screeching and the speaker was making a crackling noise while using the phone. When I recieved the vehicle back it was stated that the brakes were fixed however it was also stated that several of the 2020 Acuras were having this problem. I also recieved a voicemail two weeks later stating that the speaker has been ordered and was shipped to the dealership. One week after taking my vehicle to the dealership the brakes began making noises again ( i have a video recording of the sound) . It didnt stop there. The computer system began shutting . It would start with the speakers cutting in and out and then the computer system would shut off and reboot. This happened several times. I pay a $800 car note for a car i thought would be a blessing , 3 months into having the car i am regretting my decision even going to Acura. I wish i could go back to Honda . Also when i first purchased the 2020 rdx the Android auto was incompatible with the system. Three weeks later Android auto was compatible with the vehicle. This was definitely amazing and the vehicle now was complete. Within the last 3 weeks , the android auto hasnt been working at all. I am so disappointed in this vehicle. I really regret purchasing it. Yesterday January 9, 2020. I brought the vehicle in for all of the concerns i had on November 16, 2019 plus more.. i was told that my vehicle would be returned to me by 4pm . I asked several times and the sales representative said he would make sure of it. I recieved a phone call about the vehicle being late. I recieved my vehicle around 6 pm. When i recieved my vehicle i realized the brakes still sound the same and the speaker was not fixed. It seems as if whoever did maintenance on my vehicle just rebooted the system and did an oil change on the vehicle. Even the little of the little stuff couldnt be handled. After service you recieve a voucher for a complimentary car wash. The driver never gave the voiher to me. I called the office for the voucher at 9 am this morning so they can email it and it is now 3pm still no voucher. This wasnt a great experience . I genuinely didnt expect to go through this with Acura. Nishanda P. More

This dealership is the worst. I bought a brand new Acura and it broke down in the side offs the road the same day I bought it. They would not honor the warranty or give my money back.
