The moment I walked into the dealership Thomas handled everything amazingly. Gave us a very warm receptive welcome and didn’t rush through the process. Let me start off by saying I am one of those people who are skeptical of dealing with car dealers! Before going in I do my due diligence by researching and making sure that everything is transparent with n are skeptical of dealing with car dealers! Before going in I do my due diligence by researching and making sure that everything is transparent with no hidden fees. Initially Henry had a deal set up for a 2016 Honda CRV LX with 13,000 miles for $16.8k. After putting a down payment and leaving Paragon, I found 1 better deal online. When I contacted Henry to let him know of what I found he went Above and beyond to get me an even better deal !(2016 Honda CRV LX 8k miles) for only $500 more, I feel that is the definition of exceptional customer service! I would Highly recommend Paragon and dealing with Henry! More
