PARAGON is a FRAUD - DO NOT BUY BEFORE READING THIS PLEASE READ, and save yourself. I purchased a Certified Pre-owned (CPO) Acura from Paragon Acura in Winter. So, at the time of purchase th THIS PLEASE READ, and save yourself. I purchased a Certified Pre-owned (CPO) Acura from Paragon Acura in Winter. So, at the time of purchase there was no way for me to check if AC blew cold air or not. Soon after purchase, I discovered that the Air conditioning (AC) of the car doesn't work, because of a past accident. The accident was never disclosed to me by Paragon. Also, I learnt that my CPO car needed new brakes right after purchase. I reached out to Paragon, and they refused to fix any of these. BTW the 182 point check CPO report from Paragon is showing that the AC works and Brakes are brand new.. total FRAUD. The total cost of fixing these is $3000. Paragon is simply DEFRAUDING customers in the name of CPO cars. They are picking cars from the Streets and selling to innocent customers as CPO. Learn from my experience. More

Paragon is a very busy dealership. When my husband came in to do the financing it took almost 3 hours before someone was available. That was the only issue. They worked with us and the manager Wilson was incredibly professional and courteous. But the reason for this review was that Jahsid Matias was working for and with us for 2 months to find the car that fit our budget and style as it was a gift for our daughter. He would reach out to us with different cars. But what was really good was that he looked to find a clean no accident CPO for us. It took some time. But our daughter is thrilled beyond belief. Thank you Jahsid! Keep on keeping on. You were polite, professional, courteous, respectful of our parameters and incredibly knowledgeable about the Acuras and every car in the lot. What an incredible experience I had at Paragon Acura. From the very first phone call, their service was exceptional. I saw the car I wanted online and called before their opening hours. To my surprise someone was already in the office able to schedule me an appointment. When I arrived, they took care of me right away. That is when I met Jahsid. He picked me up in the car I was interested in, and we did the test drive right there. Extremely professional and knew the car inside and out. I had done my research, so I was prepared with detailed questions. He knocked every single one out of the park. I later learned that Jahsid held multiple roles at Paragon before getting into sales. I feel like his varied experience made the process so much smoother. He was able to speak to every aspect of owning an Acura with incredible detail. Aside from his knowledge and skills was his dedication to the customer. I wanted to leave with the car that night. My appointment was rather late in the afternoon (5PM), but he did everything in his power to make that happen. Coordinating all of the moving parts (car detailing, inspection, financing, etc) was truly a sight to watch. His rapport with all the other departments at Paragon makes him a valuable asset.
