The renovation of the service department… well that just speaks for itself!! I was carrying debt from lease to lease… They Refused to let me purchase until my lease ran out! They said it wasn’t Happening! Go buy it somewhere else!! They seemingly deal with their problems in balance! They appear to be more focused on their workers than a decade before! Why perfection in not on anyone’s table, I’m perceiving their upside definitely exceeds their downside. That’s a major reason.. not the only reason… I’M STILL THERE!! More

This dealership is an absolute train wreck. I called ahead to verify the price on a CPO TLX and was told the price was real and there were no additional add ons. I drove down from Mass to see t I called ahead to verify the price on a CPO TLX and was told the price was real and there were no additional add ons. I drove down from Mass to see the car was and told that I had to pay an additional $1095 for lojack. They refused to sell the car for the price advertised on their web site and Autotrader. How is this not false advertising? They low balled me on my trade in (which even the sales person commented was in immaculate condition). I ended up spending 5 hours at the CPO lot. I was stunned to discover I needed to then go to the new car office where I spent another 6 hours. 11 hours total to purchase a car. After 11 hours, as I went to leave at 9:10PM, I asked where my second key was. They confessed they lost the key (this was a service car loaner, so Paragon had lost the key). Who sells a CPO car without 2 keys? They clearly had no intention to inform me of the missing key had I not asked. Total lack of integrity. They did finally find the key and mailed it to me about 10 days later. Finally, since I live in Massachusetts, my car has to be registered with the RMV within 7 calendar days of purchase (by law). It's now been 12 days and Paragon has still not completed the registration process. I can't legally drive my car at the moment due to Paragon's incompetence. This was by far the worst car purchase experience I have ever encountered. Buyer beware! More

So, at the time of purchase th THIS PLEASE READ, and save yourself. I purchased a Certified Pre-owned (CPO) Acura from Paragon Acura in Winter. So, at the time of purchase there was no way for me to check if AC blew cold air or not. Soon after purchase, I discovered that the Air conditioning (AC) of the car doesn't work, because of a past accident. The accident was never disclosed to me by Paragon. Also, I learnt that my CPO car needed new brakes right after purchase. I reached out to Paragon, and they refused to fix any of these. BTW the 182 point check CPO report from Paragon is showing that the AC works and Brakes are brand new.. total FRAUD. The total cost of fixing these is $3000. Paragon is simply DEFRAUDING customers in the name of CPO cars. They are picking cars from the Streets and selling to innocent customers as CPO. Learn from my experience. More

Paragon is a very busy dealership. When my husband came in to do the financing it took almost 3 hours before someone was available. That was the only issue. They worked with us and the manager Wilson was incredibly professional and courteous. But the reason for this review was that Jahsid Matias was working for and with us for 2 months to find the car that fit our budget and style as it was a gift for our daughter. He would reach out to us with different cars. But what was really good was that he looked to find a clean no accident CPO for us. It took some time. But our daughter is thrilled beyond belief. Thank you Jahsid! Keep on keeping on. You were polite, professional, courteous, respectful of our parameters and incredibly knowledgeable about the Acuras and every car in the lot.
