Excellent experience dealing with the service dept. I made a last minute appointment for a Friday afternoon and my car was taken in on time. He told me my car would be ready within 60-75 minutes and it was ready exactly on time! How often does that happen? Alex also had the answers to my miscellaneous feature questions. The short of it is: I ultimately came to a deal I was comfortable with and Paragon Acura's pricing is transparent and somewhat better than other Acura dealers. My sales consultant Jahsid was pretty s comfortable with and Paragon Acura's pricing is transparent and somewhat better than other Acura dealers. My sales consultant Jahsid was pretty solid. Worked hard to get me a deal, followed up with me after I walked and ultimately kept pushing up the chain to get some kind of deal done. Throughout the process and even after the deal was done, he always answered my texts and calls, even on his days off. Strong character, tells it's straight and while I didn't always agree with his logic and sales pitch, always was courteous, attentive and generous with his time and attention. Beyond my direct consultant, I definitely didn't love everything about my experience at this dealership. There's some funny stuff they pull a little bit with not reserving cars and creating competition between sales people -- one sales guy had one of the keys to the car I bought, they had to mail it -- this might work on their end for creating some sort of "buy it now or lose it atmosphere" but definitely distracts from positive customer experience. On top of that, it ultimately took two full days waiting around the dealer and traveling between their three locations in the same busy area of queens before being able to walk away with a car at the price I said I'd pay 2 hours into the first day. Finance team and registration folks were pretty efficient though and the dealership did in the end work with me on the deal so all's well that ends well I suppose. May or may not recommend dealer overall but if you work with Jahsid, you may get a deal you can live with and you won't be ghosted or left hanging on anything through the process. More

They also seemingly handled Covid and turnover well ! The core group has changed But….they seem to be continuing to add to the core group! The renovation of the service department… well that just speaks for itself!! I was carrying debt from lease to lease… They Refused to let me purchase until my lease ran out! They said it wasn’t Happening! Go buy it somewhere else!! They seemingly deal with their problems in balance! They appear to be more focused on their workers than a decade before! Why perfection in not on anyone’s table, I’m perceiving their upside definitely exceeds their downside. That’s a major reason.. not the only reason… I’M STILL THERE!! More

This dealership is an absolute train wreck. I called ahead to verify the price on a CPO TLX and was told the price was real and there were no additional add ons. I drove down from Mass to see t I called ahead to verify the price on a CPO TLX and was told the price was real and there were no additional add ons. I drove down from Mass to see the car was and told that I had to pay an additional $1095 for lojack. They refused to sell the car for the price advertised on their web site and Autotrader. How is this not false advertising? They low balled me on my trade in (which even the sales person commented was in immaculate condition). I ended up spending 5 hours at the CPO lot. I was stunned to discover I needed to then go to the new car office where I spent another 6 hours. 11 hours total to purchase a car. After 11 hours, as I went to leave at 9:10PM, I asked where my second key was. They confessed they lost the key (this was a service car loaner, so Paragon had lost the key). Who sells a CPO car without 2 keys? They clearly had no intention to inform me of the missing key had I not asked. Total lack of integrity. They did finally find the key and mailed it to me about 10 days later. Finally, since I live in Massachusetts, my car has to be registered with the RMV within 7 calendar days of purchase (by law). It's now been 12 days and Paragon has still not completed the registration process. I can't legally drive my car at the moment due to Paragon's incompetence. This was by far the worst car purchase experience I have ever encountered. Buyer beware! More
