Just got a new MDX 2020 from Thomas NG he is great salesman but not a honest one he lied to me about the new body type not coming out until late summer of 2021 I really wanted that car told him 3 time salesman but not a honest one he lied to me about the new body type not coming out until late summer of 2021 I really wanted that car told him 3 times I was interested in the new body type he want to make the sale so he pushed me into the 2020 And when I brought to his attention that he didn’t tell me the truth he totally flipped on me totally denied it act like an xxx and played a defensive role and insulted my intelligence I won’t be buying any more Vehicles any further from paragon after 6 cars from Honda and Acura I will be going to try a different dealer when I asked them about the new body type coming out in February he told me the car was very pricey not something a salesman would normally say to somebody and that moment I knew o was lied to I’m sure the dealer wouldn’t be happy to hear that how does he know what somebody can afford and that’s their decision to make at the end all I want is honesty from my salesman and Unfortunately he lied to me to make the sale and if he would’ve waited till February I would’ve bought the new body type from him either way If you’re looking for on a salesman go to a different dealer The service department is a disaster the only reason I continue to go back is because I felt I was dealing with a good guy who wind up screwing me at the end I end up Listening to my salesman and not doing my own research and not going to speak to the general manager on my own cost me and I didn’t get the car that I really wanted because I was lied to by my salesman And unfortunately The only mistake I really made was trusting my salesman and I feel I’m probably responsible for that but at the same time just know you’re not dealing with an honest man here More

They got me into a new car and I now have two leases op Buyers beware of Paragon Acura in Queens. They did not pay off my prior lease as promised! They got me into a new car and I now have two leases open. They are quick to get you in a car, and actually great with service, but they have ruined my credit because of their delay. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH PARAGON!!! The have taken over two months to pay off the old lease and its still not paid off after being on the phone with them for over a month. It has tanked my credit by 70 points so far and I fear for what it will be by the time I get a lawyer to straighten it out. As of this review they have still not paid out my prior lease and I am now responsible for both cars. Both Anthony Munez and Justin Hill are sales managers and have scammed me by telling me they were clearing up the misunderstanding up. This is a full month after David my sales person said a check was in the mail for three weeks in a row. After one month back and forth- they have still not paid off the prior lease. My assumption is that they don't have the cash to pay off the lease and in the process- I got screwed. This is an old school atmosphere as far as i can see, where the men are the car salesman and the female receptionist can only leave messages for the guys, and the guys never call you back, including the owner. There has been one issue after another in efforts to get this straightened out- without even an apology!!! In addition, the owner- who i contacted, Brian Benstock- has been cc'd on the fiasco and he never tried to reach out to clean up his sales teams mess. Buyers beware. I will never get a car from this dealership again- if it survives. I would recommend you find another Acura dealership- the car is great!!! More
