PAID FOR BRAKE SERVICE THAT WASN'T DONE.HAD TO COME BACK COUPLE TIMES FOR THINGS TO GET FIXED . THE QUALITY OF WORK IS VERY DSSAPOINTING. Our experience here at Accura Paragon was very nice, got a new TSX, and the Delivery Manager (Wendy) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our vehicle. The time and energy put in by each employee was more than what anyone else would have done. They made the process easy and likable. They were not "pushy" like other dealers are. The vehicle was unloaded, Prepped while I was sealing the deal with my salesman Maurice Martin. I was introduced by Dino Marshall to Darek Medrzycki the Sales Manager who then introduced me to Wendy Deshais who walked me thru all the "Avionics" this vehicle has to offer! Wendy does know her electronics you'll get a kick out of her! Within 2 1/2 hrs I was done and driving out the door in my new 2010 MDX!
