I am very Happy with Paragon Acura. I had a very pleasant buying experience. They were able to get the car I wanted and gave me very fair price. I did my research. I have to admit that I am not the easiest customer to please. I wanted the 2010 TL SH-AWD TECH HP 19'WHLS, WHITE, and that was it. No exceptions and they knew it. The salesmanager, Murat, said he would get the car for me. They went over a 100 miles into Connecticut to get the car for me. Knowing that my salesperson, Camillo, was also driving a TL, I knew I made the right decission. He really made me excited about the ease and convenience of all the technology features. The day I picked up my car, It was clean, had a full tank of gas and Camillo had put change in it for Good Luck. That was so nice. Camillo went over everything, including setting up my phone. The finance manager, Jean, explianed all the paperwork for my loan. Everyone at the dealership was very professional, friendly, and worked well together. The TL is really top in its class. It's truly a Beautiful, Sophisticated vehicle with a Sporty edge. I absolutely love it! Paragon Acura made it possible. More
When I first called Paragon Acura I talked to a salesman by the name of Melvin Salcedo. We talked about me leasing a 2010 Acura TL. He gave me a very fair deal and price per month, with the mileage I was lo by the name of Melvin Salcedo. We talked about me leasing a 2010 Acura TL. He gave me a very fair deal and price per month, with the mileage I was looking for. So, I told Melvin to get me a car ready for pickup by the weekend. He said no problem and got me a car that was to be ready and prepped by Saturday at 2:00PM. When we first entered the dealership Melvin Salcedo was already there at the door waiting to greet me and seat me down for my paperwork. But before we even did any signing or reviewing he first showed me the car to make sure it was up to my standards. He than went over the details in my lease contract, and after he read it all I thanked him and we got the paperwork done. Now when I came down to Paragon Acura, there had just been a snow storn that hit most of the state of New York, so my Allstate Insurace agency was closed, but Melvin got on the phone with Allstate's 800 number and took care of my new insurance policy and made sure I was taken care of and covered before I left Paragon Acura. Melving Salcedo really went to bat for me as his customer and I was more than satified with his help and service! When the car was ready to take home a young woman by the name of Wendy Deshals came to me and helped show me how to set up all of the technical equipment of my vehicle. Now prior to coming to Paragon Acura, every other dealer I had been to either told me to read the manual that came with the car or just had someone show me how to turn on the radio and lock my doors. But, Wendy Deshals hooked my phone up to the Bluetooth system in my car, set some of my emergency numbers into the system in case of an emergeny while driving on the road. She also showed me how to use the different Key Fobs that came with the car and how to set the memory in my vehicle. She was of great help, because at my age I am not technically savy at all. Once we went over everything she made sure I knew it all and directed me back to Melvin to finish any last details that needed to be gone over with. Wendy Deshals was really a big help to me and much better than any manual the manufacturer gives you and made sure I didn't leave there till I knew more than they guy who designed the car! I was very pleased with her help and service! Overall, I must say Paragon Acura is one of the most professional dealership atmospheres I have ever been in. I own many Automotive repair shops and have worked with many delaerships in over 40 years of busniess but Paragon Acura has to be one if not the best I have ever dealt with on a business and personal level across the board! I would recommend anyone in the market for an Acura in the New York and Tri-State area to Paragon Acura in Woodside, NY! More

I went in there looking for a preowend car and was also looking for a great deal(who doesn't) and I was dealing with 3 people but the other one I can't remember the one I can not remember completly lie to looking for a great deal(who doesn't) and I was dealing with 3 people but the other one I can't remember the one I can not remember completly lie to me about an INSURENCE quote. Also I didn't like their preowned selection so I decied to check into a new one thats when I got this whole run around on how I should lease because I will want a new one soon enough. That was not what I was looking for I wanted to own my car because of different reasons. The salesman Emon says he will work out a deal on a preowned they had all I had to do was come in(mind you his information that he gave me the first time was all wrong and had to call me back to correct the false information) so I did. We start talking price and now after what we first talked about, He now changing everything he said (I also didn't want to put money down) now he telling me I have to put money down and we start going back and forth and the stick that broke the camel's back is when he look at me and said Acura isn't for you it's a luxury, I should get a honda(xxx your trying to say I'm poor or something) so I got pissed off and walked out. So I went online and started looking at Acura of Manhattan. I seen they had exactly what I wanted for the best price ever brand new 2009 RDX. So I thought these to were connected Queens location and the Manhattan one. So I go to the dealer ship on 56 str. that's when I talked to Jamie now he was very nice. So I told him what I found and that's when he said that's a different place Manhattan is not connected to Queens. He tells me to show him what I found online through Manhattan, he looks at it and says that it's most likely a lie and wouldn't have it, or they say they have but when I get there it's not there. So he tires to make a okay offer on what they had there it wasnt great but it was better than what their other salesman who works there tried making me but I told him I will go check Manhattan but that I wasn't going to call them just to not give my hopes up and he wish me well and I was on my way there after. I get to the Acura in Manhattan my sales guy was the best, the car was actually in the showroom. They were closing when we got there and sundays that don't have the people there to really do the whole sell with the car so he suggest I leave a depost to just hold the car and when the deal was done they can refund it. I ended up leaving the depost and more(so I ended up putting money down but not force too)overall my experience at paragon acura was horrible, it was nothing but lies, rude, and dysfunctional. I have had nothing but great experiences with Paragon Acura. I have had my MDX serviced with Ibis Andino and felt he delivered excellent customer service. I cant think of one complaint. I have to say I had my doubts about buying Acura. This is second nature to me when dealing with car dealerships. Everyone was very detailed in their job function from the sales person who described the cars functionality to the Delivery manager who took the time to show me the features of my new car (very pretty by the way). Everyone with a smile and very service oriented during the sales process. It was not a hard sale trying to push the car and the deal was made with my best intentions. They even returned my old car to the other dealer for me. More
PAID FOR BRAKE SERVICE THAT WASN'T DONE.HAD TO COME BACK COUPLE TIMES FOR THINGS TO GET FIXED . THE QUALITY OF WORK IS VERY DSSAPOINTING. Our experience here at Accura Paragon was very nice, got a new TSX, and the Delivery Manager (Wendy) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our vehicle. We love acura since our family already own 2 T a new TSX, and the Delivery Manager (Wendy) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our vehicle. I have been dealing with Paragon for two years and never had a problem. They are very friedly and accomodating. They are very acurate when the promise time your car will be ready.
