My purpose of visit was to buy CPO 07 MDX, the one we liked had a dent on the rear bumper,but the sales rep lied to us it is not part of certification process so we should pay for fixing the dent. After coming back home searched ACURA website for the certification process which clearly says for a car to be certified should not contain any dents and if any present should be fixed by the dealer before it is listed.This shows PARAGON's arrogance and rudeness how they treat a customer for being BIG ACURA dealer in tristate area. I'm going to take up this issue with ACURA. After my complain on dealerrater PARAGON customer relations manager contacted me, and assured they will do everything to take care this. Murat, Camilio, and Jean did a great job, fixed the problem took good care, thank you very much guys. I'm sure they will provide same great service with after sale service too. More
Every time I come here for service I never wait longer than intended. I am usually out before the time they initially tell me. The price for service is fair, and sometimes I can get a discounted price out than intended. I am usually out before the time they initially tell me. The staff handle the buying very professional. I had a 06 Acura Tl and everytime I went for service, I dealt with Chris Urena and he was excellent, friendly knowledgable and understanding. I would recommend Chris and the service department time and tim dealt with Chris Urena and he was excellent, friendly knowledgable and understanding. I also just swapped my 06 TL for a 10 TL and deal with Sam Yip and he was absoutely outsanding very friendly and honest, wasnt a typical salesman that had no intrest for the consumer, he did whatever it took to get the deal done.. He also clued us in to what would not be the right car or the right deal. He's always been available by phone when we needed facts and figures. That helped us make a good choice just this month. The TSX feels great to drive. And Ms. Fernandez made sure we got familiar with many of the gadgets and bells and whistles that the car offers. She spent a lot of time demonstrating and answering questions and even called my cellphone on our way home to make sure Bluetooth was working properly. We were well cared for, and recommend Paragon very highly. More
