I live in Brooklyn and I refused to go anywhere else to get my car serviced. On a good day it takes me at least 45 minutes to get to Paragon Acura but it is so worth it. Every time I have went in their to service my 2005 Acura RL, Chris always took care of my car and he is the best in Paragon. He is very friendly and accurate. If I go in for a simple oil change and they see a problem the notify me very quickly so they can take care of it. The mechanics are also great; Kevin and Sagrates are all ways on point. If I have a question or concern, they always have an answer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that owns an Acura. More
I enjoyed the hassle free browsing as soon as we walked in. When we were ready our sales rep gave us great service. We couldn't sit down and finalize a sale as it was their time to close. My purpose of visit was to buy CPO 07 MDX, the one we liked had a dent on the rear bumper,but the sales rep lied to us it is not part of certification process so we should pay for fixing the dent. After coming back home searched ACURA website for the certification process which clearly says for a car to be certified should not contain any dents and if any present should be fixed by the dealer before it is listed.This shows PARAGON's arrogance and rudeness how they treat a customer for being BIG ACURA dealer in tristate area. I'm going to take up this issue with ACURA. After my complain on dealerrater PARAGON customer relations manager contacted me, and assured they will do everything to take care this. Murat, Camilio, and Jean did a great job, fixed the problem took good care, thank you very much guys. I'm sure they will provide same great service with after sale service too. More
Every time I come here for service I never wait longer than intended. I am usually out before the time they initially tell me. The price for service is fair, and sometimes I can get a discounted price out than intended. I am usually out before the time they initially tell me. The staff handle the buying very professional.
