He then brought me to meet his manager Murat Deljanin also nice as can be. They both made this transaction so easy and fast. I must say the whole staff even the receptionists were such lovely people and it was such a pleasure to deal with all of them. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. More

No running around and double talking. They were very upfront about everthing, from price to availability to financing. They work as a team to meet all your car buying needs. The sales person (Camilo) was very nice and friendly, with a no-pressure attitude. The sales manager (Murat) actually spoke to customers if needed, rather than being some "Wizard of Oz" type of manager hiding behind a curtain. The finance manager (Jean) was very honest about pricing and options and did not try to pressure add-ons that were not needed. Overall, I couldn't see my self buying a vehicle from anywhere else, after this buying experince. This is my 5th car that I have purchased and i just wish I had come across this dealership sooner. As soon as I walked in to the Paragon Acura Mr. Melvin Salcedo was nothing but helpful with what ever question I may had. I live in Brooklyn and I refused to go anywhere else to get my car serviced. On a good day it takes me at least 45 minutes to get to Paragon Acura but it is so worth it. Every time I have went in their to service my 2005 Acura RL, Chris always took care of my car and he is the best in Paragon. He is very friendly and accurate. If I go in for a simple oil change and they see a problem the notify me very quickly so they can take care of it. The mechanics are also great; Kevin and Sagrates are all ways on point. If I have a question or concern, they always have an answer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that owns an Acura. More
