I purchased my first vehicle this past weekend and was fortunate enough to have been introduced to Joe Rosa at the Paragon Acura dealership in Woodside NY. Being a new car buyer, the process was more tha fortunate enough to have been introduced to Joe Rosa at the Paragon Acura dealership in Woodside NY. Being a new car buyer, the process was more than a little daunting but Joe and his entire team at Acura made the experience completely pain free, understandable, educational and even at times enjoyable. From my initial encounter with the receptionsit to Joe personally delivering the vehicle to my apartment later that same day, the Acura team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and confident in my purchasing decision. Joe Rosa is an experienced, knowledgeable, professional who listens to what you want and then delivers the best deal possible within your budget and time frame. In my case, I wanted a specific vehicle that day and Joe made sure that I got what I wanted with the least amount of inconvenience to me. I highly recommend Paragon Acura, Joe Rosa and the entire Acura team for your vehicle needs. I will certainly be back in the future! More
Mark was extremely nice and patient. He took care of all my car needs and even helped in transferring my insurance provider. When there were times I had to consult with my fiancé he was willing to give us my car needs and even helped in transferring my insurance provider. When there were times I had to consult with my fiancé he was willing to give us privacy and never overbearing. He was very attentive and never pushy. I would definitely recommend him to a friend or family member. When it was time to learn about the car, we were introduced to Wendy who was very pleasant and enthusiastic. She had a smile on her face the entire time she was explaining the features and was willing to take the time to sit with us for as long as it took. Wendy even gave us her business card and told us to contact her with any questions we might have about the vehicle. Even after the dealership had closed, both Wendy and Mark were washing our windows before we took off in our new Acura. This was one of the best experiences at a dealership I'v ever had. More
Joe Rosa was our sales person. He was extremely informative of the vehicle (MDX) that we were interested in purchasing. We had a vehicle to trade in and I think Joe and Eric (Manager) worked hard informative of the vehicle (MDX) that we were interested in purchasing. We had a vehicle to trade in and I think Joe and Eric (Manager) worked hard to get us to the right numbers to do the trade-in and ultimately the purchase. I believe everyone walked away happy. We then went to visit with the finance person, James Wang. At first we had a little problem understanding James, but he was so charming it was well worth our time. In fact, we bought the Lojack Early Warning System . . . because of James and his expertise in explaining how the Lojack worked and the benefits of having it installed. Last but not least, the most charming of all was . . . Wendy Deshais. Along with her charm Wendy explained all the features of this new vehicle such as: windows, radio, bluetooth option, driving paddles, dashboard information scroll arrows and reset button, reset clock, steering wheel options, cruise control, lights, wipers, directionals, CD player, keyless entry remote, hatchback auto open and close. I felt she knew the vehicle from bumper to bumper. I base my opinion of Wendy primarily on the fact that since 1986 my husband and I have purchase 14 new vehicles. We have never had such a thorough closing of a car purchase. I hope Acrua recognizes the achievements and superior knowledge that Wendy has to offer future buyers - I know my husband and I were very impressed. Kudos to Wendy. More
Everyone was friendly and eager to help. Finance staff worked hard to get me the best financing and interest rate on my car. I have just purchased (Leased) my second TSX from Paragon. Both experiences have been great. I noticed the second time they had given me a "Perfect Step by Step" review of the car. Navigation, Radio, Climate Control, Keyless Remote Etc. was clearly explained by Wendy Deshais. Overall "Bumper to Bumper" was also explained by Frank Lopez & Peter (Sorry forgive me for not providing full names, I do not have the business cards on me) also including Safety, Spare & Extra Features. Murat (Sales Manager) was able to still give me a descent deal (considering I did A good number on the mileage). While I was being taken care of by Frank Lopez I was provided with coffee & snacks (Not to sound like A pig) but that's A nice touch of "Customer Service" My overall experience was great. For months we have been searching for a new car. In September 2009, we visited Paragon and test drove a 2009 MDX. For several months since then we have test driven several other cars in different dealerships. We must say that no other dealers have impressed us like Paragon. On March 12th, 2010 we walk into Paragon yet again and meet with Steve Deng. Steven is a great salesman. He answered all of our questions with patience and honesty. Our overall experience with him was very satisfying. We walked out of Paragon with keys to a 2010 MDX and big smiles. Before we drove off we met with Wendy Deshais who set up an appointment with us to go over all the technology of the car only because it was about 10 minutes after closing. Even though Wendy was late for dinner with some friends she took her time showing us a couple of things and even sync my cell phone into the car. When we went back for our lesson with her it was a great, fun, loving experience. Wendy knows her technology. In fact, Wendy is the technology!!! On my first visit to Paragon, I was greeted by Stephen Deng with the biggest smile and welcome I have ever experienced at a car dealership. From that moment on, my experiences with Stephen Deng and Paragon have really been both pleasant and exciting. In addition, the entire staff at Paragon from the sales, financing, management and service departments are all very knowledgable, professional and polite. The transactions were/are smooth from start to finish. Once you close your deal, you are greeted by Ms. Wendy Deshais who does a great job making sure you are well versed with the many functions and uses of the technologies included in your vehicle.
