I bought my 2009 Acura TL for service, I had some issue with my speakers so i decided to go Saturday morning i didn't have a appointment, they took my car in for service and repaired my problem same day i with my speakers so i decided to go Saturday morning i didn't have a appointment, they took my car in for service and repaired my problem same day i was out of dealership in less then 2 hours. I highly recommend Paragon Acura service for having a great customer satisfaction, that i didn't have to take a day off from work to bring my car in for service. I also received a free car wash. Thanks to Mike and Kevin great people to work with. More

It was a quick purchase but I had my desired service. Mr. Salcedo has been working professionally with passion; I am very satisfied with his attitude dealing with customers. Also, he helped me to narrow down to a well-accepted price. The delivery was very fast! Everything was ready by the next day. Thanks to Rachel to show me how to use all electronic equipments in this brand new car. She was nice. Right after placing my foot on the gas paddle, I have already felt used to it immediately. Overall I had an excellent experience at this dealership.
