One would think that since they had a first good experience with a dealer that things would be the same or better as a returning customer. I was very disappointed with these clowns the second time a experience with a dealer that things would be the same or better as a returning customer. I was very disappointed with these clowns the second time around. They should be selling used cars. Wendy or whatever her name is and jose are the most hypocritical people i have met. Backed by their managers,they are able to bamboozle the unsuspecting client. As i said, my first experience was decent so naturally i expected better as a returning customer. I will take my business and anyone that asks me as far as posible from ParaCON Acura. More
Mr. Jose Arias was the most professional salesman i've ever dealt with. I walked into Paragon Honda looking at their certified cars and did not see anything to my liking. Just as I was about to leave Mr. ever dealt with. I walked into Paragon Honda looking at their certified cars and did not see anything to my liking. Just as I was about to leave Mr. Arias stopped me and said Hi my name is Jose, I noticed you were looking at the cars, did you see anything you like? I said no and continued strapping my daughter in her car seat. He told me ok we have Acura's at the other lot would you like to see them? I would be happy to answer any questions you have and I am sure you will like a car that sparks your interests. From that point he turned my negative view of Paragon into a positive. Not only did he take the initiative to approach me when i was just about to leave at the same time he did not pressure me or make me feel like it was just another sale. With his knowledge of inventory and product details I felt like I was dealing with someone who knew what he was doing and once I found the Acura I loved from then it got easier. Mr. Arias introduced me to Ms. Wendy Deshals and she went through in thorough detail about the Acura I purchased. Any questions I had for her she was very knowledgeable about the car and got me to know and get a seamless transition to the car. I walked into Paragon Sunday, Oct. 17th and drove off with my certified '08 Acura TSX Monday, Oct. 18th. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to Jose and Wendy for their superb professionalism and excellent knowledge of the cars sold at Paragon Honda and Acura. More
I purchased a factory certified TL from Paragon in September 2010. Right from the start I should have walked away. Within a few days of owning the car the following occurred: shaking at high speeds September 2010. Right from the start I should have walked away. Within a few days of owning the car the following occurred: shaking at high speeds (this ended up being bent rims) and the battery died. The battery issue was resolved quickly. However, after several occassions of going to Paragon, I have yet to get rims that are not bent. Their first attempt in "fixing" this issue was just balance the tires and not check the quality of the rims (like I asked). The next attempt they looked at the tires and rotated/balanced the tires again. They still did not look at the rims and I told them that there was still a shake. They asked me to go to an independent shop. I went to a shop and they told me I have 3 bent rims! Paragon then told me that they would replace all 4 rims with NEW rims. I brought the car in and they replaced the old rims with USED rims that were scratched and beat up. They assured me that these rims are not bent and they would re-condition the appearance. I reluctantly took the car. As I drove home the shaking was the worst it had ever been. I called up the managers (who I had been speaking to long before this) and said that this needs to be resolved immediately. They took my car back and sent the rims to be re-conditioned. I thought this would resolve all my issues. Although the rims look great, I came to find out that 2 of the rims have slight bends. What kind of re-conditioning did these guys do?! Acura Client Relations is involved and I hope to have all my issues resolved soon, but it is now mid-October and I do not enjoy driving my new car. I would not recommend Paragon to anyone. They are nice to your face, but become deceiptful while you are not around. One last thing-they did not even file my out of state DMV paperwork properly. I had to sit in my state's DMV for 1 hour to resolve their mistake. More
I have a 2001 Acura CL. I purchased the car used from an auction. When I drive, the car would shake around 60mph. So I took it to Pep Boys they said I needed tires & 4 new rims and wanted to charge me a a auction. When I drive, the car would shake around 60mph. So I took it to Pep Boys they said I needed tires & 4 new rims and wanted to charge me a arm and a leg. I brought it to my neighbor who fixs cars and he tried to get me. He said i needed new struts with the new tires & rims. I was trying not to go to the dealership but I had no choice. Thats where I ran into Kevin as soon as I told him the problem he knew what it was "rotors". Not only did he save me a ton of money. He had excellent customer service skills as well. As long as Kevin is there Acura is my first stop for car repairs. More

My wife and I were in the market for a family vehicle (seats 6 or more). So we looked into and Acura MDX. Being that the newer models we out of our reached we decided to go for a certified used. After a couple of weeks looking we found one at Paragon Acura. We we called they said they had the car still for sale and when we went to the lot the next day they actually did. There was no bait and switch, even though we eventually got a different car. Angelo(our salesman) was awesome, very professional and courteous. Even thought the car had no mats, missing the dvd remote, chip in the wind shield that did not deter me from getting the MDX because he reassured me that he would get all that fixed and sure enough he has. The actual service department was also very friendly and fast they had the car ready at the promised time. They even we as far as replacing the front brake rotors because I felt the car pulsating when I was breaking. All free of charge. I will from now on be loyal to Paragon Acura. I would definitely recommend them to any one in the market for a new or used car. More
I had a day where I was very glad I owned an Acura. The battery died mid-day in NYC. I called Acura Roadside Assistance (the first time I ever had to---and this is the fifth Acura I have owned). The roadsi battery died mid-day in NYC. I called Acura Roadside Assistance (the first time I ever had to---and this is the fifth Acura I have owned). The roadside assistance person was there in 20 minutes. I immediately drove to Paragon Acura, where I have had all 5 Acuras serviced, and Chris Urena, the service manager who I have very happily dealt with for several years there, was able to have the battery replaced while I waited. Now that is customer service. May I say that Mr Urena has ALWAYS been a dedicated professional every time I have made an appointment for scheduled maintenance. He has always been attentive and knowledgeable, concerned about customer satisfaction---and gracious. It is evident that he enjoys dealing with his clientele, as he honestly remembers things from one visit to the next--even before he looks at the computer. Mr Urena makes a service visit a very good experience. More
