After doing research on other vehicles, I came back to looking into the Acura and decided to go to another dealer and give it a chance. Luckily, I chose Paragon (even though the drive can feel like you're going to a far away place due to traffic) and worked with Peter. Peter was phenomenal!!! He showed nothing but courtesy, respect, and friendliness as he was truly competitive and transparent with his number. Within a day, I made the purchase as he showed nothing but exceptional customer service. He was never afraid to say he didn't know and never once put any pressure on me to make a deal as soon as possible. Before going to Paragon, call and make sure you are working with Peter! You will not regret it at all! Best part of all is that I was driving out with my vehicle after signing the deal which only a day before was in Brooklyn! Amazingly prompt. More

I was in a market for 2011 MDX so I went online to do more research. I used chat window to get more info about pricing/promotions/inventory, lady was useless she took my number/email and told me that int more research. I told her that I'm looking to get it today. MAnager called me 30min later, I told him what I wanted it and what other dealer quoted to me. Joe promised to call me within next 15 min.... If it takes them that long to return your call (I left 3 messages) can you wonder what happens when you purchase car... Beware I had cars from Audi, MB Infinity and this is not a way to treat a client who wants to give money away... More

I had a bad experience with Paragon Acura. I was lured in with competitive internet price only to realize that they add "certification price: $1500" and "extended warranty: $2500" to bump up the price. These prices get added so quickly...you'll have to get a strong hold to notice and stop them. Very disorganized. You’ll have to wait for everything... Wait to meet the sales guys (1/2 hr – 2hr) Wait to find the car that you have shortlisted from internet (2hr – ½ day) Wait again if you want to see another car (another 2 hr) Even worse to wait for test drive…(2 hr) Wait for detailing (expected – slower the better for your own sake) Wait for finance (2 hr) Wait, wait wait…. Towards the end, you get hungry and frustrated…and to add this frustration the finance guy will try to sell an extended warranty “Acura care” for $2500 because the vehicle warranty is no good. Most other dealers would have added these hidden (untold) prices as part of the displayed sale price. More

Last month I called Paragon Honda with a customer service problem, asking to speak with a manager. Angela Ortiz, though a Paragon Acura employee, answered the call and graciously offered to assist me. There problem, asking to speak with a manager. There were several calls back and forth over several days, but Angela seemed to be genuinely interested in bringing this to closure. Just when I thought we were there, promises made to be ("Your checks are in the mail"), were repeatedly unkept. I continued to call Angela each time I received no check, as she was the one making the promises to have them sent. After a while, Angela stopped taking my calls. One day I was told to hold on for her, then told she'll call me in 10 minutes when she returns, and then told she was in a meeting, and then told she had left hours ago. This was after I left 2 messages, and a voicemail. Later that day, a salesman I reached told me he was texting her for me. She never got back to me again. Obviously she was unable to resolve the issue and not competent enough to tell me so. I have since contacted another agent who did see this through and my check was placed in my hands this evening. Angela is a manager at Paragon Acura and if she is representative of the treatment they give their customers, I no longer wish to do business with them. No follow-through, dodging phone calls and not getting back to a customer who calls is unacceptable. Too bad...I own 2 Hondas and am looking for a third! More
