I agree with Kelly with her experienced with this Paragon stealership as I have witnessed it happen to me. Dealer prep fee $500! LMFA0! PDI fee LOL! Fortunately, I have a great sense of humor, so while the manager tried sneaking all the BS talk and prices I was getting a chuckle and WALKED AWAY from a possible nigthmare transaction. I spent about 3 hours negotiating and 3 cups of free coffee (thanks for the coffee and water), the manager showed lack of knowledge of his products (Acura and Honda) and clearly the rest of the automative products. Manager says "yeah, we made a mistake on the ad both on craigslist and cars.com and autotrader.com, the car is actually not $17,892 but $23,000 plus $2,000 to be certified, plus $400 PDI (to make sure your car is ok---->LMAO) an $500 dealer fee." Me: "What's the point of PDI if you will certify the car?" Manager: "(smirked)good point, it's just to double check your car is fine (tranlation: so we can xxxx your wallet more). Me: "btw, I spoke with your salesperson and she said it is %17,892 certified, so why are you jumping to $23 plus $2g for certification?" Manager <smirk again>: "mmmm yeaaaah we are the number one dealer of Acura in the states." Me: "aha aha". And why are you charging $500 for dealer prep.?" Manager "<getting irritated> "yeah man, you know bc we have to do this we have a large lot to take care of, as you can see, there's a lot of flatscreen tv here and it's like a MTV crib" Me <LMAO>. And Angela, please don't play innocent, we all know most stealerships are dishonesy busy. Only those, willing to overpay for a Honda will be satisfied with Paragon, clearly if you negotiate reasonbly, the experience will be the total OPPOSITE of satisfaction. More
I'm an out of country buyer who found a great deal on Paragon Acura's website. My sales person was Peter Pazmino, and he was able to take me through the process and was very receptive and accommodating Paragon Acura's website. I spoke with the GM of Paragon (Wilbur?) over the phone and when I told him I received a preapproval letter from Acura for "Loyalty" and that I have had 3 previous Rl's leased with Acura he made and when I told him I received a preapproval letter from Acura for "Loyalty" and that I have had 3 previous Rl's leased with Acura he made it a point to tell me when I come to Paragon I would recieve a "VIP" treatment. He also told me that they had 3 RL's in stock. When I asked him if all three were 2011's he said yes. When I arrived at Paragon 3 hours after my phone call I met the manager and he redirected me to "one of his best salesman", Steven Deng. Steven told me they only had 1 2011 RL and 2 2010's. I told him that I was looking to lease a 2011 RL with the Tech package and wanted to put ZERO down. He returned from the standard "let me speak with my GM" and quoted me $3,600 down and a monthly payment of $850 per month!!!! I repeated myself and said Zero down, 12,000 miles per year. He said that my payment would be OVER $1,000 per month for 10,000 miles per year, BUT could get me into a new TL for about $650 per month with $2,500 down for tax and tags!!! After the third time of repeating what I wanted, he said he heard me, "there was NO WAY you can get an RL with Zero down for under a $1,000" The following week I picked up the exact car I wanted from Acura of Westchester (Brianna Tozzo was the salesperson and Ken Hicks was the GM)... Zero down and almost $400 LESS a month that Steven and Wilbur quoted me!!!! Paragon Acura is only looking for suckers and can only describe my experience with them as HORRIBLE!!! They only tried to OVERCHARGE me by $12,000 over the three year lease. They epitomize the slimy car dealer bait and switch... DON"T be one of the suckers they hope to screw... walk away and go to Acura of Westchester. This is the first time I've ever submitted a reveiw for anything, but I was so disgusted with my experience with Paragon I had to submit this negative review... as well a submit a GREAT review of Acura of Westchester!!! More

I was planning to visit several Acura dealers throughout New York for a loaded Acura MDX, but after the first stop at Paragon Acura my search was over. This being my first time purchasing a new vehicle I had tons of questions, Peter was very patient and explained everything throughly I never felt rushed into signing anything. Linda Alling was very helpfully setting up all my driver settings and demonstrating all the tech. I was overwhelmed by the amount of features this car has. Overall my experiences with Paragon Acura was perfect. If your looking for an Acura, I would definitely recommend others to come here first. I walked in around noon and left with a new MDX same day. After going to Rallye where I was being treated like a complete idiot and given an absurd figure, I lost complete interest in the Acura vehicle I originally wanted. After doing research on other vehicles, I came back to looking into the Acura and decided to go to another dealer and give it a chance. Luckily, I chose Paragon (even though the drive can feel like you're going to a far away place due to traffic) and worked with Peter. Peter was phenomenal!!! He showed nothing but courtesy, respect, and friendliness as he was truly competitive and transparent with his number. Within a day, I made the purchase as he showed nothing but exceptional customer service. He was never afraid to say he didn't know and never once put any pressure on me to make a deal as soon as possible. Before going to Paragon, call and make sure you are working with Peter! You will not regret it at all! Best part of all is that I was driving out with my vehicle after signing the deal which only a day before was in Brooklyn! Amazingly prompt. More

I was in a market for 2011 MDX so I went online to do more research. I used chat window to get more info about pricing/promotions/inventory, lady was useless she took my number/email and told me that int more research. I told her that I'm looking to get it today. MAnager called me 30min later, I told him what I wanted it and what other dealer quoted to me. Joe promised to call me within next 15 min.... If it takes them that long to return your call (I left 3 messages) can you wonder what happens when you purchase car... Beware I had cars from Audi, MB Infinity and this is not a way to treat a client who wants to give money away... More
