Angelo gave us a fair OTB price including tax, DVM + etc. We put a down payment of $xxxx. When spoke to Jean ( finance manager) He tried to sell us lo-jack and all the other extra stuff. When we told him, " We put a down payment of $xxxx. When spoke to Jean ( finance manager) He tried to sell us lo-jack and all the other extra stuff. When we told him, " no thanks" he throw papers at us. Told us to sign on the line. Did not explain anything on the finance part. I looked at it and saw $3500 + 0.9 finance charge, we asked him why does it cost so much. He than said "well, since you're not getting the lo-jack package for $4000. YOU MUST PAY FOR THE $3500 EXTRA FOR A FINANCE PACKAGE, IT COMES WITH THE 0.9%" We told him that's was ridiculous and what if we pay it off now. He changed his story and said " $3500 is the bumper to bumper fee" So either way we would have to pay the $3500. If I didn't look for the numbers, he probably would not have said a word about the EXTRA CHARGE. He is so shady. We asked to speak to a manager but since it was a friday night, he'd already left. We decided that price was not right and did not want the car anymore. Jean said "okay". We left and ten minutes later, Jean called us back and said he would do us a favor and "discount us with $1,200 off" At that point, we lost all trust in that dealer and Jean. Plus we don't need his so called favor. He didn't even apologize for terrible customer services. Couple days later, we spoke with their manager and asked about our refund for the down payment and explain what happened that night. All he did was apologize and nod. And the whole time, Jean was staring at us through the window. Didn't even apologize. We are not wrong to complain! It has been 2 weeks now and still have not receive my refund. And we also found out that there's no such thing as EXTRA CHARGE FOR 0.9% finance or extra for bumper to bumper service. Jeans is a liar. Will never go back to this dealership again. Now all I want from this dealership is my refund down payment, nothing more. More

Angelo Navarro - Sales Associate - respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, no-nonsense, patient, no attitude - as far as car salesmen go- you can trust and rely on this one. He definitely works hard for you and goes the extra mile. He followed through on everything that was promised even AFTER the sale, a time when most salespeople mysteriously vanish. Murat Deljanin - Sales Manager - There is a reason why he is in charge! 888! Jean Maurilus - Finance - Clearly explained all options and worked out a great finance deal with me. No hassling, just gave the facts and definitely made me feel that my business was appreciated. He sat with me to explain all the great features of my vehicle in a succinct and accurate way and allowed me to skip reading the manual and being able to use all the great features of RDX. I had the most wonderful experience at Paragon. The staff members, notably Robbie & Steven, were very friendly and made it their mission to please the customer in any which way possible. I wasn't even in the market looking to lease/finance as I had just purchased a Pre-Owned 2007 TL from Paragon in 2010. I happen to go to Paragon with my sister who was shopping around for SUVs. I really liked the 2011 TLs and was quite tired of the 2007. The 2007 TL, even though I had only purchased it a year ago, gave me a lot of issues. I had spent quite a lot on regular maintenance. The trade-in deal I received wasn't path breaking, but good nonetheless compared to what I would have gotten from other dealerships. The only reason why I went ahead with the trade (I first went on Tuesday and made the trade-in on Thursday) was because of Robbie and Steve. Robbie is such a treat to deal with (eyecandy), very well spoken, and sweet. Steven is the one who locked the deal in place, I loved the guy because he was all smiles and genuine smiles. I can tell when people are faking it. The 2011 TL had a lot more features than my 2007, so I would have been kinda lost on how to navigate through the various features. I am not the one to read manuals, so I owe a big thank you to Linda for walking me through everything. Smart girl. It's been almost two weeks since I had my new TL and I absolutely love it. My sister also purchased a MDX. She's hard to convince and please but these guys did wonders on her. She is extremely delighted with the service & followups she received. I must also mention Michael. He was great to work with as well. Pleasant personality. =) More
