I got a very nice deal on a beautiful vehicle. The salesman, Peter Pazmino, did work with me to make me feel good about the process, and he delivered. With the exception of the high prices... but that is to be expected when you are dealing with quality automobiles... Terrible dealership. I am almost sure its a bunch of scam artists. First off they never returned my calls. Seems all the people that work there are extremely uneducated. Then they kept transferring me to some idiot named Camile/Camilo the employees there dont even know how to spell his name. They told me he would help close the deal. He never called me back and said once he would in 10 minutes never did. They told me to drive there 4 hrs away. Thankfully i didnt because they sent me an email saying they have the car and they didnt forget about me. Then when i said i feel like they have the told me the car was sold. I have read many reviews like this. Trust me DONT BUY FROM THEM they will screw you over and take you on a ride of their stupidity. More
I walk in dealer ship talk to tom about turning in a early lease he didnt ask how much i owe or how much i wanted to spend the only question he ask if i wanted coffey or some water. He ask me what i wanted in a car never ask me how much i wanted to spend and in about hour i was on my way home with a new car.before leaving the dealership he introduce me to Wendy Deshais she show me how all the new button and how they work and she made sure the gas tank was full and the car was clean in and out.On my way out Tom and Wendy took a picture of me with my new car well my wife new car i still owe a Mazda but looking forward trading up to another Acura. Melvin was extremely pleasant and was willing to go the extra mile to complete the leasing process for my new TL. Reginald was the delivery coordinator that was assigned to me and he was both friendly and extremely knowledgable about all the technology features of the 2012 TL. He was willing to spend as much time as was necessary to acquaint me with the car. He hooked up my Blackberry to the Bluetooth system and in the event that I had additional questions after leaving, he provided me with his contact info. All in all it was a pleasant and smooth buying experience. More
I was looking for the CPO ZDX Acura, i ended up with CPO MDX, The inventory of the cars was very good, the service was excellent. Melvin the sales representative was very responsive and helpful. Angelo gave us a fair OTB price including tax, DVM + etc. We put a down payment of $xxxx. When spoke to Jean ( finance manager) He tried to sell us lo-jack and all the other extra stuff. When we told him, " We put a down payment of $xxxx. When spoke to Jean ( finance manager) He tried to sell us lo-jack and all the other extra stuff. When we told him, " no thanks" he throw papers at us. Told us to sign on the line. Did not explain anything on the finance part. I looked at it and saw $3500 + 0.9 finance charge, we asked him why does it cost so much. He than said "well, since you're not getting the lo-jack package for $4000. YOU MUST PAY FOR THE $3500 EXTRA FOR A FINANCE PACKAGE, IT COMES WITH THE 0.9%" We told him that's was ridiculous and what if we pay it off now. He changed his story and said " $3500 is the bumper to bumper fee" So either way we would have to pay the $3500. If I didn't look for the numbers, he probably would not have said a word about the EXTRA CHARGE. He is so shady. We asked to speak to a manager but since it was a friday night, he'd already left. We decided that price was not right and did not want the car anymore. Jean said "okay". We left and ten minutes later, Jean called us back and said he would do us a favor and "discount us with $1,200 off" At that point, we lost all trust in that dealer and Jean. Plus we don't need his so called favor. He didn't even apologize for terrible customer services. Couple days later, we spoke with their manager and asked about our refund for the down payment and explain what happened that night. All he did was apologize and nod. And the whole time, Jean was staring at us through the window. Didn't even apologize. We are not wrong to complain! It has been 2 weeks now and still have not receive my refund. And we also found out that there's no such thing as EXTRA CHARGE FOR 0.9% finance or extra for bumper to bumper service. Jeans is a liar. Will never go back to this dealership again. Now all I want from this dealership is my refund down payment, nothing more. More
