I Solomon Kissoon, would refer anyone to Paragon Acura Dealership no questions asked. I received the highest quality of service from the Service Manager (Mike Timpone). He is really someone who knows how to work with people. He worked with me tirelessly on getting service done on my 2007 Acura MDX. I didn't know why my car died on me numerous amount of times, thinking it was the alternator which wasn't the problem, turned out to be the battery. During my financial deficit which me and my family has been faced with Mike seen me through and took care of me, which I am very grateful for. He is truly a man of God and has a big heart. Dealerships would do fine if they all had a Mike Timpone, too bad there's only one @ PARAGON ACURA!!!!!!!! More
I bought my new Acura MDX on 2009 at Tri-State Auto Mall at Flushing New York. The sales representative, Mark Ma, he didn't fully explain all the controls and usages of the navigation system thus giving me at Flushing New York. The sales representative, Mark Ma, he didn't fully explain all the controls and usages of the navigation system thus giving me alot of hard time trying to figure out the system by myself. I think all their sales representatives need more training and learn more about the navigation system. I change my cell phone last week and I have no idea how to pair my cell phone to the navigation system with bluetooth. I tried to set it up by myself but ended up unsuccessful. So in search for helps, I went to Paragon Acura. The delivery manager, Wendy Deshais, she came up to me the moment I stepped into the car dealer and offer her services. Wendy explained the full functions and usages of the navigation system to me and she also helped me to pair up the cellphone with the navigation system while explain to me step by step while she was working on it. I am very grateful to her and i will give her a 5 stars on customer services and the expertise on the navigation systems. I will get recommend my friends to Paragon Acura!! More
Yes i brought in my 2009 tl to paragon last week and it was a great expireence. I brought in my car for a oil change and I felt very at home. I did not wait long and the service was very prompt. I dropped off my car here for service. They gave me a list of things that needed to be fixed. I got so ticked off at their HORRIBLE customer service that I called another Acura dealer to get the work per list of things that needed to be fixed. I got so ticked off at their HORRIBLE customer service that I called another Acura dealer to get the work performed. Guess what? Nothing was wrong with my car ! How do I know? The OTHER Acura dealer informed me after inspection that my car was fine. A huge FAIL for Paragon Acura because not only are they shady but they screwed up robbing my of my time and money with their sheer incompetence. If they had just gotten back to me in a timely fashion and communicated at all and knew how to apologize for screwing something up I would have just scheduled the 2nd appointment to fix the "problems" with my car More
From the moment I called in Paragon Acura I knew I was dealing with great people. I worked with Vanessa a sales representative over the phone. The next morning I received a call from Angela who reassured me that getting out of my 2009 Accord and into an Acura TSX is a smart decision. When I came in I worked with Rob S and his sales manager Steven and Sasha. They were very accommodating; we worked out a payment that was fair for both parties. Although everything was going great with the car payments my insurance quote was too high. Rob took it into his hands to get me a great insurance quote. I dealt with a handful of people, which were all extremely helpful. After past experiences I have had at other dealerships I would defiantly recommend my friends and family to purchase a vehicle from Paragon Acura! More
I had very good experience with the persons I delt with to buy my wife the new TSX tech. What was diappointing is that the finance interest rate difference of 2% higher if the extended warrantee is not or to buy my wife the new TSX tech.
