I just wanted to check my Options with an 09 Mdx. Sam got me onto a new 11 Mdx in 2-3hours total. No problems, no strings, just a new Mdx which is wonderful. Wendy helped explain the new navi which has a million features. I have had the vehicle a few weeks and so far its terrific. Wendy called several times to check up on my progress with the navi. I feel I got a very fair deal and was treated with respect and courtesy. My only issue was the 5 hours I had to wait between handing over my credit card and getting the car. Started off really nice since we were eager buyers and we agree on the price and financing so we sign the contract. A few days later, the finance manger calls and ask me to go to the dealership to resign. I agree on the price and financing so we sign the contract. A few days later, the finance manger calls and ask me to go to the dealership to resign. I ask why since I already sign and he said they lost my original contract. I held off on him for a few days and he started saying that I was stealing the car if I didn't resign the contract. After listen to the wife I decided to go in to sign it but request the finance manager to be there. Like a true coward he never show up to met me and send the sales rep mark who was nice as first. After sitting down I notice the original copy of my contract on the desk, so I ask why did you guys tell me you lost it and ask me to resign? It was actually the finance manger who miscalculate the interest and instead of being honest he lied around it. So the new contract end up being a little more no matter what the sales rep there tell you. They will lie to you with a straight face but your eyes will not if you look at the contract as carefully as you could. Maybe hire a lawyer if you can afford it and decide to buy there. So I refuse to sign unless it's the same terms, and the sales rep got pissed off his poor wife is waiting for him in the parking lot and yells at us saying are you going to sign or not and grab the contract from me. Excuse me for giving the business, even if they made me go down to the stupid dealership 3times with my pregnant wife and the sales rep wife was sadly waiting for husband to get off work. After that we left and the manager Melvin came to us trying to persuade us to stay. At first this was also the manager that refuse to rework my contract back to it's original terms, trying to make it seem like it was my fault. At the end I eventually sign the contact with the original term and an insult check for the xxxx I've put up with them. I was also guarantee an apology letter from the 3clowns I dealt with but only Melvin was man enough to send me a generic one. As least he try but I wouldn't trust these guys flushing my toilet.... And management is no help either. On a positive note, Wendy was very helpful since she knew the in and out of the car and it's functions. More
Peter seemed very knowledgeable about all aspects of the model I was interested in buying (used MDX) and how the features changed from model year to model year. When I found a suitable vehicle in their onli model I was interested in buying (used MDX) and how the features changed from model year to model year. When I found a suitable vehicle in their online inventory and called about it he held it for me despite interest from other parties and we ended up making a deal on it. Since the vehicle was a new arrival he shuttled it through the certification/servicing process and had it ready when promised with no surprises. They also offered a fair price for my trade whereas the other Acura dealership I visited were lower on my trade and higher on sales prices for older vehicle. I typically find the car buying experience stressful but this was smooth sailing, thanks Peter! More

I bought MDX sometime back and had amazing experience with Paragon Acura. I worked with George at 4802 office and he was so patiently working with me and taking care of me I can't even believe it. I am giving this dealer a negative rating because they were rude, degrading and un-professional. I walked in to buy a TL 2010-2011 Tech package. I found the one that i liked in the showroom and i start were rude, degrading and un-professional. I walked in to buy a TL 2010-2011 Tech package. I found the one that i liked in the showroom and i started to check it out. I got in the car, opened to hood, the trunk and then the back doors. No one in the dealership approached me. I went to a sales rep and asked him “What’s the price of that car”. All I got was "So you are interested in that car?" We sat down and he asked me for all of my information and then he treated me as if i couldn’t afford the car. I told him that I had a trade-in and it was appraised for 10K more than what I owed on it. The appraisal was done by one of the Paragon managers and he used Galves. Before even running my credit he was already quoting me @ 490.00 a month. I asked him "How much is that car?" several times and he just looked at me and repeated the monthly price. Then he took all of my information and insisted on me signing papers before a test drive. I told me twice if i get to test drive it i can see if i really want it or not. He said that i would have to sign and give a 500.00 deposit before getting in the car. I said no. Then he proposed that I speak to the "Finance Manager". I know who he is but all of a sudden i was greeted by another Asian man named Lui. He told me that the price of the car was 36800.00 and that i was getting a fair deal. I said "If you sell me the car for 35000.00 i would buy it." He then said that if i get a 1800.00 discount he wouldn’t be able to pay the rent and pay his workers. I got very mad and walked out. He gave me his card and said "Have a good day" They didn’t want to sell me the car and were very rude about it. I got no attention they only wanted me to sign and for me to leave a "Deposit" when i had 10K in equity as a down payment. The sales rep was "Deng" and the "Financial Manager was "Lui" Don’t trust them at all. They are unprofessional and rude. I came out of work just to buy a car and they treated me like i couldn't afford one. That was a big mistake because i ended up signing a 3 year lease for a brand new Acura TL 2012 with the Tech package. More
I dealt with Alex & Reginald. They were both GREAT guys to work with. Alex was wonderful to deal with and not a typical "car salesman". Reginald was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help.
