This guy is biggest lier you can meet in your life not only that he is also most disrespectful, arrogant person and very rude to customer. I have owned an Acura MDX for 6 months. I have had quite a few issues with this automobile in the short time I've had it. I have taken it to three dealerships and have not had the best experience. One person that really came through for me was Mike at Acura Paragon. While going through a tough time there he came out of the woodwork and really tried to help me out with parts sand labor. If it wasn't for him I would be leaving a much different review but Mike in service is to be commended for his follow through and transparency in a difficult ordeal with a lemon of a car. Thanks Mike, thanks for helping me get through a stressful situation and being such a cool person about it. I am grateful for the help I had from Mike at Paragon Acura. More

I went with my fiancé to buy our first car. Acura TL 2006. I saw their online inventory , I chose the car , but unfortunately when we visited them our finances were low with not so good credit report TL 2006. I saw their online inventory , I chose the car , but unfortunately when we visited them our finances were low with not so good credit report . But Joe stepped in and everything went smooth. He gave us another option of Acura TL which was with other dealer, but he managed to get for us, also the finance manager and sasha helped us to get our finance paper ready. I own this car for now 7 months, it still works as we drew on the test ride. Thanks Joe. We will come to you back in January for our another Acura TL SH-AWD from you guys. More

I would absolutely recommend this dealership. I had an amazing overall experience, especially with my sales person, Camilo Barrientos. I purchased a 2012 Acura TSX with Technology Package and initially wanted the car in white with black interior. After a drawn out conversation with my wife, we decided that gray with black was a better choice. Camilo had to get the car from another dealership however he did not complain, he did not try to charge me more, he did his job and did it well. Camilo took care of every single want and need that I had and absolutely went the extra mile for me in order to make me happy. When my wife is in the market for a car in a year or two, we are absolutely going to return to Paragon Acura and ask for Camilo. I'm a Physical Therapist with a Doctorate and I know quality and I know that Paragon Acura and Camilo are the epitome of quality. If you aren't shopping at Paragon and seeing Camilo, you are selling yourself short. More

I brought the car for oil change and regular maintenance,it took them 5 days . When I went to get the car back there was damage to the hood and fender. They told me to bring car for repair in 4 maintenance,it took them 5 days . When I went to get the car back there was damage to the hood and fender. They told me to bring car for repair in 4 days , so I had to bring the car back and leave it for 3 days to do the repair. When they called me to pick it up I found out the front of the car was hit, damage to the bumper and underbody garnish.The funny thing is if u ask what happend they act like it was not their fault.I don't know if I should take the car there third time to let them fix the damage because the dealership is not capable of doing it,THEY CAN DAMAGE YOUR CAR but THEY CAN'T FIX IT.there must be something wrong ,if u can't trust dealership in servicing the car u bought from them.
