Ok, lets start! I own a 2003 TL-S. I have tried to upgrade to a newer vehicle, but for some reason it just doesn't work with Paragon Acura. I had purchased my TL almost 5 years ago and was trying to g upgrade to a newer vehicle, but for some reason it just doesn't work with Paragon Acura. I had purchased my TL almost 5 years ago and was trying to get an RDX. In the beginning the staff was very pleasent, but as the purchasing prosess dragged on they kept getting worse and worse. My car was estimated $6,600 by Darek Medrzycki two weeks earlier. And until the last minute they were behind their deal. We sign all the papers move everything from the old car to the new one, call the insurance company and get it changed to the new car, and only then they drop the bomb. They tell me my car now is worth only $5000. Are you kidding me????????? Their resigning was two of my front rims are bent and the bottom is scratched???? first of all The rims are not bent!!!!!!! I spent $600 two months ago buying brand new Toyo Proxies, and so what if the bottom is scratched? which customer is going to go under the car to see whats under it? Your new car may have a scratch as well. And by the way I had bought my 2003 tl from Paragon Acura, and must have spend over $3000 past 5 years maintaining the car, on tune ups and oil changes to even buying a battery from them. I know my car is worth at least $7000 and I was not going to let them steal. Bottom line, they will agree with you and smile at you, but they will pull something on you if they are not making the money they really want from you. I just drove out of there in my old tl, and I hope you do the same if they try to trick you into a deal. Don't sign anything until you get your car evaluated by their mechanics. Check your credit before you go, mine was tier one. Get everything on paper! I will not service my car there any more, I will not buy another Acura from there any more, I will never recommend anyone purchasing a car from there any more. I will make sure that the management in Acura are informed of what goes on in Paragon! By the way I had helped my uncle to lease a 2011 rdx from Paragon 2 weeks prior. Never again! People that I worked with- Melvin Salcedo-Darek Medrzycki- Robbie-and Finance manager in the left corner from the front entrance. ACURA YOU ARE GOING TO LOOSE TRUE AND LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!! I'm out! The Paragon Acura Dealership was one of the best that I have visited in a long time. They were able to help me with my car needs from start to finish. Jean Maurilus and Camilo Barrientos made my transitio have visited in a long time. They were able to help me with my car needs from start to finish. Jean Maurilus and Camilo Barrientos made my transition of getting another car after my car accident effortless. I was having a little trouble with the credit approval process and Jean was able to get an approval for an amount that fit into my budget. Camilo assisted me with the actual choosing of the car, which was a TSX 2009. There were many lease returns to choose from and Camilo advised me on which car was best for me. Thanks guys !!! . More
This dealership is constantly out of loaner cars and have about a month's wait to get your car in for service if you expect a loaner while your car is worked on. I brought the car in for a blown speaker and about a month's wait to get your car in for service if you expect a loaner while your car is worked on. I brought the car in for a blown speaker and they said it was OK. No repair was done. I had to bring in a second time and insist that they check properly. The speaker was finally diagnosed as torn and they had to order parts to replace. THE DEALER NEVER WASHES YOUR CAR per ACURA policy and this is simply lame. Last time I use this dump. More
Peter and Jean are very special people. Without them I would have never been able to comfortably purchase my first acura in 2009. The experience was so great, that I purchased my second MDX from them wit would have never been able to comfortably purchase my first acura in 2009. They made me think we are not valued custom at all and they dont appreciate our business at all. Third, NOBODY explained the technologies inside my car. We purchased a Acura TSX with technology park. When the purchase is over, the dealer shop has closed. So i guess the sales consult just wanted to run to go home. He handled over the key to me and disappeared. We ended up driving back home without knowing all the functions of my car... I would like to thank sales man Peter. Even though he is not the one taking care my purchase. He helped me after that. People are rude and very unpleasant to deal with. Two days ago after looking for a car for three weeks i decided to try the Paragon Acura Dealership at 56th street and Northern Blvd. location. This is the right place to go. I bought the original car i was looking to buy three weeks earlier at the other location. A 2012 TL with Tech Package. The first person that i dealt with here was the Salesman Rob Salameh. He was a pleasure to deal with very straight forward and no BS. He was happy to answer every question i had. He took his time to explain why leasing may be a better option for me. In the end i wanted to buy the car rather than lease it. They were able to get me a better rate then my bank to finance the car. The next day when i went in to pick up my new car i was met by rob, he told me the car was ready and my paper work was being done. The next person i saw was the finance manager. (this is always the worst part, iv done this a few times before. this is where you find out what they actually want you to pay for the car with warranties and the famous low-jack crap. but the guy here wasn't really that bad.) This part took just a little bit longer than i would have liked but went smooth all and all. I did get the very low finance rate, and made it out of there without any surprises. After this i was agin met by Rob. He said that now everything was signed he was going to finish up my paper work,and while he was doing that he would have someone show me the car. This is when i met with Reginald Vanwroten he is the delivery coordinator. This guy knew everything about my car. He showed me everything about the car from the automatic headlights to the navigation system to the radio presets and everything in between. He even set up my phone for me to work with the cars blue tooth system. He took his time and was able to answer all my questions about the car. Rob and Reginald were very good to work with. Just make sure you go to the right location and ask for them. More

Reginald was very helpful, polite, patiently answered all my questions regarding the features of the SUV, and printed out a map for my return trip to Philadelphia. The blue-tooth set-up came in handy on the way back! In summary, Sasha and his team did a great job, and in the end I walked out as a very satisfied customer. I will definitely recommend this dealership to other potential customers, including to out-of-state customers, like me in Philadelphia. You can easily finish all the formalities over the phone and then go over to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. More
I visited Paragon Acura because it was close to home. My friends did not have good experiences in the past with Paragon Acura. However, Louis was very friendly and patient. I Solomon Kissoon, would refer anyone to Paragon Acura Dealership no questions asked. I received the highest quality of service from the Service Manager (Mike Timpone). He is really someone who knows how to work with people. He worked with me tirelessly on getting service done on my 2007 Acura MDX. I didn't know why my car died on me numerous amount of times, thinking it was the alternator which wasn't the problem, turned out to be the battery. During my financial deficit which me and my family has been faced with Mike seen me through and took care of me, which I am very grateful for. He is truly a man of God and has a big heart. Dealerships would do fine if they all had a Mike Timpone, too bad there's only one @ PARAGON ACURA!!!!!!!! More
