Terrible Service Department experience. Three months Terrible Service Department experience. Three months prior to my horrible experience, I bought a 2010 Acura TSX with manual transmission from an Ac Terrible Service Department experience. Three months prior to my horrible experience, I bought a 2010 Acura TSX with manual transmission from an Acura Dealership in Manchester CT. Only drove the car for 2800 miles and 3 days into my 10 day vacation in New York City, when my brand new clutch burns out rendering the car non-drivable. I couldn't believe it, a brand new car with ~3K miles driven on Connecticut road and traffic and the clutch burns out!!! Mind you, I learned to drive on manual transmission and have 10 years experience with two prior cars (Ford Probe and Honda Accord) with stick shifts transmissions. So, Paragon Acura agreed to accept my car for diagnosis and Acura roadside assistance provided free towing to them. Three days later, I am contacted by Kevin Cunningham (service assistant) regarding the clutch, who states that the clutch meets the "wear and tear" criteria and is NOT COVERED under warranty. When I heard this SHOCKING news, I met with Mike Timpone (Parts & Service Director) in their shop. He persistently told me that the brand new clutch burnt out due to wear and tear issues and not a manufacturer defect. You have to understand that Wear and Tear items (such as clutch or breaks) are not covered under warranty. I took this up with Acura Client Service (800-382-2238), who assigned a district manager (Katerina) to the case. So the next day I get a phone call from her and she tells me she only LOOKED at "pictures" of my clutch and upheld the decision of the service managers. I went on a rampage and argued with the Paragon Acura service department, while Mike Timpone brought his henchmen in attempt to prove that the clutch was what it was!!! Basically it was David vs. Goliath. My only options, were either tow the car or repair it at Paragon Acura for twice the cost at an independent transmission shop. The invoice Paragon Acura provided for repairs was $1,600 with $340 for the clutch parts and the remainder for hours and labor. I towed the car out of there as soon as I could and paid a total of $850 for repairs at a transmission shop down the road. There is lack of empathy for the customers and Paragon are low-level crooks hiding behind a big corporate name, like ACURA!!! Once they see that a customer wont comply, they simply ignore you and pressure you to make a quick decision. The reason I gave it 2/5 stars, was because Acura did provide a loaner car for the duration of my car kept in their shop. More
It was a great experience from start to finish. I leased a 2012 Acura RDX from Paragon. I knew exactly what I wanted and at what price. Yizzel did not waste any time in getting started and then following th a 2012 Acura RDX from Paragon. I knew exactly what I wanted and at what price. I had to go through many rounds of negotiations, but in the end got close enough to the deal I was looking for. I bought the vehicle the same day. Their follow up after delivery has also been great so far. I haven't gotten the car serviced yet; will write a review about that as well soon. More

I had a great experience at Paragon Acura leasing a new MDX. The pricing was great and they worked with me to find the best deal. This dealer knows how to take care of a customer and make the car purchase a great experience. No wonder I hear people come from outside the tri-state area to buy there. This was the best car buying experience! From the way we were treated on our initial call, to the service we received at the dealership - these folks are professionals and want to earn your business. Murat, Alex and Brian worked to get us the car we wanted for the best price (we shopped multiple dealers) and gave us a fair deal on our trade. They bent over backwards to make us happy and to make sure we were in and out as fast as possible. Wendy walked through every detail of how the car works to make sure we were comfortable with everything before we left. Plus Paragon has called us a few times to make sure we are happy with and know how to operate our vehicle. I am a "car person" and have had a lot of different brands of cars, but after doing business with Paragon, I'm pretty sure I'll be a customer of theirs for life! More

Ok, lets start! I own a 2003 TL-S. I have tried to upgrade to a newer vehicle, but for some reason it just doesn't work with Paragon Acura. I had purchased my TL almost 5 years ago and was trying to g upgrade to a newer vehicle, but for some reason it just doesn't work with Paragon Acura. I had purchased my TL almost 5 years ago and was trying to get an RDX. In the beginning the staff was very pleasent, but as the purchasing prosess dragged on they kept getting worse and worse. My car was estimated $6,600 by Darek Medrzycki two weeks earlier. And until the last minute they were behind their deal. We sign all the papers move everything from the old car to the new one, call the insurance company and get it changed to the new car, and only then they drop the bomb. They tell me my car now is worth only $5000. Are you kidding me????????? Their resigning was two of my front rims are bent and the bottom is scratched???? first of all The rims are not bent!!!!!!! I spent $600 two months ago buying brand new Toyo Proxies, and so what if the bottom is scratched? which customer is going to go under the car to see whats under it? Your new car may have a scratch as well. And by the way I had bought my 2003 tl from Paragon Acura, and must have spend over $3000 past 5 years maintaining the car, on tune ups and oil changes to even buying a battery from them. I know my car is worth at least $7000 and I was not going to let them steal. Bottom line, they will agree with you and smile at you, but they will pull something on you if they are not making the money they really want from you. I just drove out of there in my old tl, and I hope you do the same if they try to trick you into a deal. Don't sign anything until you get your car evaluated by their mechanics. Check your credit before you go, mine was tier one. Get everything on paper! I will not service my car there any more, I will not buy another Acura from there any more, I will never recommend anyone purchasing a car from there any more. I will make sure that the management in Acura are informed of what goes on in Paragon! By the way I had helped my uncle to lease a 2011 rdx from Paragon 2 weeks prior. Never again! People that I worked with- Melvin Salcedo-Darek Medrzycki- Robbie-and Finance manager in the left corner from the front entrance. ACURA YOU ARE GOING TO LOOSE TRUE AND LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!! I'm out! Jean Maurilus and Camilo Barrientos made my transition of getting another car after my car accident effortless. I was having a little trouble with the credit approval process and Jean was able to get an approval for an amount that fit into my budget. Camilo assisted me with the actual choosing of the car, which was a TSX 2009. There were many lease returns to choose from and Camilo advised me on which car was best for me. Thanks guys !!! . More
