First I would like to thank what I call my team who are Mevin Salcedo,Wendy Deshais and Diana Pera. I really wish whenever I would buy a car they were the people I deal with. I have to say that when I went with my father to buy the car I didn't know what to expect since I thought all dealers were crooks but until Melvin Salcedo changed that thought. Hello, Brian this is my second car Paragon Acura. I trade mine 2006 TL with all new 2012 TL tech Pkg. Awesome deal, really awesome deal and great hospitality provided by employees all of them. At last me and my fiancé both lost hope as same we had before we bought our 2006 TL 7 months ago. But I had faith in Joe. He gave us a deal with tech package . I was thinking to buy this one in January but it's now our new christmas gift. You have great employees in Paragon, I would recommend everyone who reads online reviews, to go to them and you can drive a car of your dreams. That's what Acura is all about value for money. I have owned an Acura MDX for 6 months. I have had quite a few issues with this automobile in the short time I've had it. I have taken it to three dealerships and have not had the best experience. One person that really came through for me was Mike at Acura Paragon. While going through a tough time there he came out of the woodwork and really tried to help me out with parts sand labor. If it wasn't for him I would be leaving a much different review but Mike in service is to be commended for his follow through and transparency in a difficult ordeal with a lemon of a car. I went with my fiancé to buy our first car. Acura TL 2006. I saw their online inventory , I chose the car , but unfortunately when we visited them our finances were low with not so good credit report TL 2006. He gave us another option of Acura TL which was with other dealer, but he managed to get for us, also the finance manager and sasha helped us to get our finance paper ready. I own this car for now 7 months, it still works as we drew on the test ride. Thanks Joe. We will come to you back in January for our another Acura TL SH-AWD from you guys. More
