Peter's service was incredible! From the minute I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. I wasn't sure I wanted an Acura since I was in the market for a European car, but after weighing the pros and the con in, I knew I was in good hands. I wasn't sure I wanted an Acura since I was in the market for a European car, but after weighing the pros and the cons of quality and value, I knew I made the right choice. His advice was practical and made me feel very comfortable with my decision. He was very available to discuss upgrade options and went above and beyond to give me the financial package that fit my budget. I can't wait to cruise around town with my ILX ;-) More
Do not go to Paragon Acura, ever. If you really want an Acura, drive a couple more miles to get to Acura of Manhattan. But check out Lexus, their cars are much better. They were very rude to us and insu Acura, drive a couple more miles to get to Acura of Manhattan. But check out Lexus, their cars are much better. They were very rude to us and insulted my competency. They use ruthless business tactics and make illegal decisions. The "lowest price" they give you is WELL OVER WHAT YOU CAN GET. Bottom line, skip it and save yourself from the MONTHS of anger and frustration they caused me. More
Ended up at paragon using the Costco auto program. Was quoted a price in email, drove 90 minutes only to find that price was a "mistake." On top of that, they were extremely low on the value of my trade i quoted a price in email, drove 90 minutes only to find that price was a "mistake." On top of that, they were extremely low on the value of my trade in. Customer service was nonexistent. Even though we had an appointment and had exchanged several emails and phone calls prior to the appt., Paragon was totally unprepared for our visit. This, paired with the aforementioned issues, made this a horrible experience. We ended up at our local dealer, Acura of ocean, and got a great price and a fair value on our trade in. It was a pleasure to deal with Acura of Ocean. More
here my story they keep lying and cheating, me and my wife looking for Acura TSX last four months ago. we know the price of the car exactly and how much the car worth it. so, we were in showroom sale per wife looking for Acura TSX last four months ago. we know the price of the car exactly and how much the car worth it. so, we were in showroom sale person told me he has TSX in stock, i want to know selling price, he left asked manager and came back with a piece of paper. and then, he showed me $10,000 down and $680 per month for 60 months. so total price come out $50800. he think we are stupid enough to buy that price, i was graduated with math major and my wife graduated with finance major. TSX sticker MSRP is $29810. he think we gonna buy from monthly payment. ASAP i walked out from the dealership when i saw monthly payment plan. listen, all consumer go to DCH Heart Acura, you won't be disappointed. you know DCH sold me for brand new 2012 TSX for $27200 plus tax and 0.9 APR for 60 months. deal is done right there. I went to Paragon Acura for service because it is the closest dealer. I feel they do not have work ethic; all they care about is how to grab money from you. When I just go for an oil change,it ends up t closest dealer. I feel they do not have work ethic; all they care about is how to grab money from you. When I just go for an oil change,it ends up that they told you you need to do a lot of other maintenance too which is unnecessary. If you refuse to do so they change their attitude right away; you just feel so intimitated and uncomfortable to leave your car in their hands. More
Paragon Acura is the worst dealership in Queens’s area. They totally violated me and my rights. First, my temporary inspection sticker expired, I called Paragon several times to inform them that the inspec They totally violated me and my rights. First, my temporary inspection sticker expired, I called Paragon several times to inform them that the inspection sticker expired and I need a new one. Paragon told me I have to wait because something happen on the contract. I explained to Paragon that I may get a ticket with an expired inspection sticker I called my salesperson Reggie several times; of course he did not return any of my calls. I kept calling no one returned my calls. Finally I reached someone name Yenny She said the contract is completed I asked her could they send it priority mail, because I park my car on the street and I did not want to get a ticket. Yenny asked me to wait a moment while she ask her Manager Sasha he said no tell her to wait and receive it regular mail. Second, at the time of my purchase the Sales Manager Steven said I am lucky he is going to make my first month payment July 2012. Now, August 2012 is when my first payment is due. A bully name Stan called me several times threatening me. He called my cell, home, and place of employment. He called my employer stated to my employer I owed Paragon money for July 2012 and the amount. He stated to my employer that I should take money out of my bank account and pay (them) Paragon Acura. I have work with the same company for the past 7 years. I am a very private person. My employer did not know I had a car. I called Paragon several times trying to get to the bottom of this but no one returned my calls. I called the sales person Reggie, sales manager Steven, and Yenny no luck. I called the Manager Sasha explained to him the situation. Sasha did not tell me what is going on, what is the next step, he stated "he is doing his job" I will have someone to call you back. Today is August 29, 2012. I am still waiting to hear from someone. I called Aura.com and made a statement because this is insulting. I was (am) so turned off by this experience. More
I received a price quote from another dealer on a 2012 MDX with technology package and so I called to see if they would give me a better deal. Over the phone I was promised by the internet specialist, Yen MDX with technology package and so I called to see if they would give me a better deal. Over the phone I was promised by the internet specialist, Yenny that they would beat or match the other dealer’s price. They would also give perks for referring other people to them. So I told her that I had a friend who was also interested for the same car fro the same price. She took down the price that I was given from the other dealer and scheduled an appointment for me to go on Saturday, August 18th, and meet with a sales representative. I went in with my wife and the friend to meet with the sales rep, (not going to name him), to work on 2 MDX vehicles with the technology package. I brought in a print out of the email with the quote the other dealer gave me. The sale rep was nice person. We sat down and briefly went over what my friend and I were looking. Everything went fine until I handed over to him the print out of the price quote. He took the print out to his sales manager and came back 10 minutes late and said that they could not match the price. We were so pissed off. We took our time to get to the dealer shop and felt like we just got slap in the face. Do they think we had nothing better to do and like to make trips to xxxxty dealers like them? We knew it was not the sales rep's fault and we had said that straight out to him. However, we were surprised that he went to the truecars.com website and starting showing us the price of the MDX there. We didn't think that was appropriate and wasn't too smart of him doing that because they knew of the price that we were going in with and we had done our homework. The internet specialist took down the price that was given by the other dealer. So it was not like we were going in without a number and they could just fill in the blank. We knew our numbers already and they were too shameful to give us their price for the cars. The sales rep told to go ask the general manager, 6 blocks away from the current location, for the price match. Hello, shouldn't that be your job or your manager’s job. We told him to call the general manager first to confirm the price before we head over to waste more of our time. Guess what, he didn't want to do it. We understood from an employee's point of view but don't suggest anything that you will not do. As a company, don't promise your customers something that cannot be done and turn them down when they get into your shop to meet your sales people. Where is the integrity? How do you build trust? We found out the hard way that they don't have either. Therefore, I do not recommend this company, Paragon Acura, to anyone. Don't believe anything the sales people say over the phone and make sure you get the quote and numbers broken down in writing. More
I have been an Acura customer since 1990. I've purchased four Acura vehicles from this dealership since 2004. My last three purchases I've dealt with saleperson Sam Yip. He's always been a fair, respectful four Acura vehicles from this dealership since 2004. My last three purchases I've dealt with saleperson Sam Yip. He's always been a fair, respectful and a gentleman with me. I just purchased my New 2012 Acura MDX from Paragon Acura and I dealt with Sam Yip and Jeritza Mejia. I will highly recommend both these saleperson. Jeritza Mejia is a very hard worker and she will make you feel appreicative and comfortable through out your purchasing experience. Give them both a chance and hopefully you will not be dissappointed with your purchasing experience. More
