I was very pleased with my expirence at Paragon Acura. Jordan Rabadi helped me get the deal that I wanted. I felt that he was honest and gave me the best price possible. If it was not for Jordan's involve Jordan Rabadi helped me get the deal that I wanted. I felt that he was honest and gave me the best price possible. If it was not for Jordan's involvement I would not have purchased the car at Paragon. Jordan is an asset to your company. More
This dealership has a lot of new or used Acura cars. I also think they provide competitive pricing. In terms of the salesforce, it really depends on whom you happen to work with. I recently had the ex also think they provide competitive pricing. In terms of the salesforce, it really depends on whom you happen to work with. I recently had the experience with multiple sales people from this dealership, and it was quite a contrast. I personally liked Camilo. I found him straight forward, mostly honest and respectful, a combination I thought was important from a sales person but found normally hard to come by. Would recommend him to potential Acura buyers. More
Worst dealer ive been to. You can tell certified cars were painted and on top of that they came out with a 2500 certified fee. Then I go to another acura dealer and they never heard of an additional 2500 were painted and on top of that they came out with a 2500 certified fee. Then I go to another acura dealer and they never heard of an additional 2500.00 certified hidden fee. More
First off my fiancé and I went to Paragon Acura this past sunday trying to get a nice reliable car. We met Steven outside he was very busy but was very polite and asked us if we can wait he will be this past sunday trying to get a nice reliable car. We met Steven outside he was very busy but was very polite and asked us if we can wait he will be right with us. We weren't in a rush so we waiting around looked at the cars all very nice cars. Steven took us inside showed us the car we were interested in he was very knowledgable very helpful and treated us with respect. Unfortunately being that it was on a sunday the banks were closed but Steven assured us that he can make it happen on monday. My fiancé and I came back monday we spoke to Steven again and he helped us with the whole process they evaluated our trade in and gave us a fair offer we accepted it and then we met with the finance manager Jillian I believe his name is he was great as well. I dont know how he was able to get us such a great deal but he did. Our APR for our trade in was 17% and somehow he was able to lower it down to 5.8%. Thats a great feat we are so greatly appreciative to Jillian and Steven. People like them sure make the car buying experience as easy as pie. Thank god I went there the last dealership I went to was a terrible experience and to come to this dealership and deal with Steven and Jillian it was so easy. I recommend anyone in the market for a new or used car head to Paragon Acura and speak with Steven trust me you wont regret it. Thanks Paragon Acura for having the smarts to hire this guy he was GREAT!!! More
A dishonest and unprofessional car dealership has breached their end of a contractual agreement with me and I am seeking any form of assistance that you may have to offer. I went to trade in my 2009 breached their end of a contractual agreement with me and I am seeking any form of assistance that you may have to offer. I went to trade in my 2009 Nissan Maxima for a 2009 Acura TL at Paragon Acura in Woodside Queens on 4/21/2012. However, the deal that was being presented to me was not financially beneficial and was also unaffordable as the monthly payments were too high. I was prepared to leave and requested the keys to my Nissan Maxima but the sales agent JT advised that the sales manager Savario Russo would be able to work out a better deal with me. I decided to listen to what other options this sales manager would be willing to offer. The deal presented by Savario Russo was under the terms that I would trade in my vehicle and lease a 2012 Acura TL for 6 months at a payment of $782 and after the 6 month term I would return the lease and would be placed into a different lease or finance. Unfortunately, this deal was still not beneficial as I made it clear that I was in no financial position to take on a $782 monthly car payment even if it was just for 6 months. Mr. Russo then asked me if I would be interested in the same agreement if Acura were to give me a check for $1200 in order to assist with the $782 car payments for 6 months. He explained that the $1200 check was a part of a promotion that Acura was offering (when in fact I was recently informed that the $1200 check came about after he told his manager that I was an unsatisfied customer). Nonetheless, I accepted the offer and agreed to the terms that were presented to me. To avoid what is exactly happening now and as a means of adequate assurance, I demanded that the terms be offered to me in writing to make sure that I would not have any issues when it was time to bring the car back after 6 months. After the completion of my 6 month agreed upon lease period, I returned to Paragon Acura only to find out that Savario Russo, the sales manager, was no longer working at Paragon and to make matters worse the general manager Sasha Kekvoic is now telling me there is nothing they can do and I have to keep the car for 4 years at a monthly payment of $782, even though I have a written form from Acura with the terms of the 6 month agreement. I have diligently made numerous visits and phone calls to Paragon Acura in order to get this resolved just to be constantly given the run around and vague answers. My constant visits to the dealership has left me in a world of mess, in a financial hardship, and the general manager has notified me that they are not going to honor the agreement....They can rest assure that i wont stop until this issue has been resolved.... I wrote a letter to BBB and consumer affairs and if this doesn't work im getting channel 5 involve to be continued.... More
Worst purchase experience I have ever had. Thought I was buying a certified pre owned car and the salesman pulled a bait and switch on me. THey new of the problems with the 2009 MDX and told me the service buying a certified pre owned car and the salesman pulled a bait and switch on me. THey new of the problems with the 2009 MDX and told me the service dept would adjust any problems I had. Service Dept. was worse than sales. They completely refused to acknowledge the problems with the car. I have received a letter from Acura USA informing me of the steer in and torque converter problems of the 2009 MDXs. Paragon Acura greedy and terrible. More
Avoid these people at ALL COSTS. They're running a "bait & switch" scam. I originally found these people through an online car site. They were selling a 2007 Tahoe. I called about it and was told t "bait & switch" scam. I originally found these people through an online car site. They were selling a 2007 Tahoe. I called about it and was told that it was still available and that I should setup an appt to go see it. I setup the appt and had several conversations with Sales personnel via txt. I informed them that I would be buying the truck out-right (no financing needed). I left my house first thing Sunday morning (mind you I live in Edison, NJ) to head to Queens to pick up the truck. I get there only to be told that they sold the truck the night before. I guess since I wouldn't finance the truck, they wouldn't get a kick-back from the Bank, so it wasn't worth it for them to sell it to me. Here's where things get interesting!!!!! Just for the sake of trying, I contacted the dealership again, providing them with a different name, number and email address and inquired about the truck. What do you know - they said that they still have it and will have it available for me to see today@2pm. So, just to be clear, on Saturday 11/10 you sold the truck but on Tuesday 11/13 you still have the truck for sale? I checked the listing from the online car site as well as the listing on their personal site and the VIN numbers are the same. I had my cousin go to the Dealership to look at the truck and what do you know - they just sold the truck (again). But they were quick to try to sell him an Acura as an alternative to the Tahoe he/I was originally looking for. So, let's recap - on Saturday 11/10 they sold the truck but on Tuesday 11/13 @ 1:30PM they still have the truck for sale but by 2:00PM they sold the truck (AGAIN)? Right now I'm in the process of documenting all of this so that I can give it to the Better Business Bureau and the local municipality to seek legal actions. Last I checked - bait and switch was against the law. Beware of these people. Don't waste your time or your hard earned money. More
I was displeased with this dealer because of their high-pressure sales tactics, misstatements / lies that they told me (that the software updates for the GPS system would be free of charge ... that th high-pressure sales tactics, misstatements / lies that they told me (that the software updates for the GPS system would be free of charge ... that the 2013 MDX would not be coming out until sometime in 2013 ... and that new cars typically have 100 miles on the odometer) and a bait-and-switch they pulled regarding the trade in value of my used car. I would not trust or recommend this dealer under any circumstances. I ended up purchasing a 2012 MDX from a competing dealer. More
