After a frustrating day of car shopping, I came across Paragon Acura. I had no intentions of buying an Acura, but they offered to show me a vehicle that I might be interested in. Great service in a friendly environment. The staff was professional and patient. They were informative and carefully walked me through the entire purchase process. I worked with Fernando. He was great! He sold me a Certified Acura that I am completely satisfied with. There was no pressure to finance with them, nor did they try to put me in vehicle I couldn't afford. I would absolutely purchase another car here and refer a friend as well. Thanks Paragon! More

We spent almost 5 hours in the dealer, and ended up canceling our deal. After 2 hours of negotiating the price and doing other things, we spent solely waiting for seeing a financial manager. We finally canceling our deal. After 2 hours of negotiating the price and doing other things, we spent solely waiting for seeing a financial manager. We finally went in to his room around 7 pm. The financial manager said he couldn't give us an answer whether we could get 0.9% of finance or not, because the bank was closed. We were very upset because no one informed us that could possibly happened. If that was the possible case, they should have sent us home 3 hours before. Moreover, he said all those nonsense to us. I filed my green card for few years ago and currently waiting for getting my green card. I am working and my annual salary is over $100,000. My credit score is 760- 780. He said even though I have good salary and high credit score, I cannot get 0.9% finance rate because my visa has expired, but if I buy $732 of a extended warranty, I will get an approval for 0.9 %. If I decide not to buy the warranty, the rate would be 4.9%. He said there is noting in between. What kind of non sense is that? What made me truly upset was the store manager. (Unfortunately, I did not get his name. The one who's seat was right next to the financial manager's room) He did not have any intention to listen what happened to us. He did not even offer us to seat. He kept saying "your visa was expired, so we can't do anything..". He said the same thing over and over again and refusing to hear what our complaint was. We are not undocumented people or anything. Even if that was the real case, he should't have said things like that in front of everybody. It was true insulting that he kept saying my visa was expired in front of everybody. He said he doesn't know anything, because he was not in the room when we were talking with the financial manager. All he knows was my visa has expired and did not want to know anything further. If expired vise was the real problem, the sales person who made a copy of my driver's license should have said something in the first place before we spent 5 hours there, because it shows my status. Everybody over there including the manager was very unprofessional and nasty. The manager should have had the better manner to deal with the customer's complaints. If he had shown that at least he cared whatever happened to us, we would have not been mad that much. We got so upset and had to leave the dealer. We ended up buying the same car in a different dealer the following day. We spent only 45 min there. The service was simple, clear and nice. Totally opposite !! and I got 0.9 % finance without any problem. It was the worst worst worst experience and I would never ever go there again and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY I KNOW TO GET THIER CAR THERE. Do not waste your time !!! YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT YOU GUYS ARE NOT THE ONLY DEALER IN THE WORLD. More
