Went to them hoping to purchase a new 2014 mdx awd tech. I had a 2011 mdx base for trade in. The trade in value I received was very low so I hoped they would make up for it on the purchase price for the new I had a 2011 mdx base for trade in. The trade in value I received was very low so I hoped they would make up for it on the purchase price for the new vehicle. Well no they did not, they didn't discount a penny on the car. They charged me full MSRP. After failing to get them to lower their price I said I have to leave, and then they tried to get me to lease. The lease was worse, trade in my vehicle, get no money back but lease for 3 yrs at $400 a month and then still owe 32k after the lease. I would lose even more money like that if I financed the vehicle. Did they honestly think anyone would be that dumb to take their offers? After two hours I walked out. One week later, I got tons of quotes from other dealerships and then wound up going to a dealership 20 miles further away and paid $4300 less than if I were to have purchased it at Paragon. I got $2400 off MSRP and the trade in value was $1900 more than what paragon offered. The guy at Paragon is very nice but to not discount a penny when others are selling it way below MSRP is just plain ridiculous. I will never step foot into Paragon again. More

they really know how to treat people here at paragon and you can tell they actually care about their customers, that is exactly how you get people through the doors and returning for service. I did not even bring any coupons or ask for a discount and my advisor went on his own and printed them for me from the acura website, saved me almost $300, can't beat that anywhere. More
I have had my Acura TSX for almost 6 years now and to be honest for 6 years I have avoided going to the dealership for service due to hearing horror stories from others and previous experiences. I recently received a notice from Acura explaining that my car was recalled and i had to go into the dealer to be serviced. From the moment I walked into the Acura service center at Paragon I was greeted by my service advisor Matt who was extremely friendly and courteous and explained exactly what was going on and what needed to be done to my car, not just a gimmick to get customers in the door like I previously thought. Despite being informed that I would have to leave my car half a day to have this recall performed Matt was able to get my car finished in 2 hours WITH a car wash. This experience has definitely altered my thinking as far as dealerships go and I may even be looking to purchase a new car within the next year and I will now most likely be dealing with Paragon when that time comes. One thing is for sure, I will absolutely be bringing my car in to see Matt at my next scheduled maintenance. More
I have a 1997 Acura CL and there was a recall on the ignition switch. I called the day before to set up an appointment the next morning, but unfortunately when I arrived I was informed they did not hav ignition switch. I called the day before to set up an appointment the next morning, but unfortunately when I arrived I was informed they did not have the part in stock. It was simply a mistake made by the secretary that made the appointment, she didn't check to see if the necessary part was in stock. I was very angry and frustrated as I had taken the day off from work and would have to go to work late the next day after bringing my car back again. The next day I brought my car in at 8am and dealt with Matt and he really took care of me and made up for the mistake by throwing in a free oil change and even got me a loaner car for the that day, the next (service is closed on July 4th) and Friday! So I had a brand new RDX to drive for a few days! Matt was great, he really went above and beyond to make up for the mistake the day before and because of him I got to work on time! Matt was very professional, efficient, and nice. The guy deserves a promotion and raise! I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family. When I am ready for a new or pre-owned Acura, I will be coming here. My car is 16 years old and if they treated me this well, it really shows how well they treat their customers. More
I just leased a 2014 Acura MDX with Paragon Acura, and traded in my 2011mdx w/tech..All I can say is Wow!!! It was 1st class treatment from the start of my buying process. I googled the crap out of the ne traded in my 2011mdx w/tech..All I can say is Wow!!! It was 1st class treatment from the start of my buying process. I googled the crap out of the new MDX and I thought I knew just about all. Their knowledge on the newly released vehicle was a breath of fresh air that increased my confidence that this new MDX was for me. The icing on the whole process was that Paragon even delivered the new MDX to my driveway. 100% professional and trustworthy, and yes the 2014 is awesome.. I recommend to all..... Tim More
The team was very helpful, friendly and attentive.Although I didnt walk away with an Acura I still left with a brand new Honda Pilot.
