Well where do I start. I first started dealing with Joel and Camilo on Sunday. They treated my sister and her husband as well as me with the upmost respect. They worked very hard to find the vehicle my br and Camilo on Sunday. They treated my sister and her husband as well as me with the upmost respect. They worked very hard to find the vehicle my brother in law wanted. Once he found the vehicle, Joel explained everything about the vehicle while still maintaining a professional but at the same time family type environment. Camilo treated all of us the same way. If we were thirsty, they would offer us a drink. At the end of that day, my brother in law left with an Acura MDX. They knew that I was going to go the next day and work on my deal. The following morning, Joel and Camilo greeted me with a very calm manner. They both tag teamed trying to get me in an Acura. I will say Joel worked his rear end off. I dont think he sat for more than 2 mins at a time. He was always on the go, trying to get everything as accurate as can be so that I could get a deal. Once all the paperwork was completed, they took me over to see Michael the finance guy, and he was as courteous as Joel and Camilo. Never did I feel obligated to purchase anything, but at the end I did. He showed me every option of purchase I could do, from leasing to financing. When a Nissan dealership told me that they would need to hold a security deposit until they received my title to my old vehicle, so that they know I would come back with the title and then they would return the security deposit back, Paragon asked me to fill out some papers and that they would take care of the title issue and I could leave with my brand new car. I also had a representative, explain every feature that my vehicle had. Never at any time were they disrespectful or made me feel uncomfortable. They honestly took care of me. Being retired from the military, I could honestly say they made me feel as I was an important part of the family, not a person who was going to give them money. Both Paragon buildings were clean and very well organized. Will I recommend Paragon to family and friends? Most definitely. I can honestly say, they worked so hard for me and I left feeling overjoyed with my brand new 2013 Acura ILX. They are a dealership that I will definitely come to for my business. I wish all the dealerships were like this one. Nissan could definitely learn from these guys about respect, and that a person is something more than money in their pocket. If you treat them well, they will always come back to you and will refer all the people they know to that dealership. But if you treat them like they dont mean anything, as Nissan did to me, basically saying that there was no demand for my car that I was turning in because it was a sports car and that they could sell 15 rogues in a month, and that they really couldn't make much off of my sale because I was military and I would be getting employee discount. So I was not a Nissan family member, I was just a sale in their eyes. But that is ok, because I am a proud family member of the Acura family. Paragon is definitely military friendly!!! Once again Steven exceeded my expections. I recieved a letter from the mail with an upgrade offer and I called was informed to go to the dealership. Once we got there Steven greeted us at the door we told him about our letter he gave us all our options and wasn't pushy at all. He gave us time to ourselves to discuss what we wanted to do then helped us pick out the car we wanted. He put us in a great brand new tsx white with black interior. At this dealership we are 2 for 2 with great experience thanks to Steven. I went to purchase an Rdx and was given 3 different prices in the space of 30 minutes, each time with a significant increase. I went from $425 over the phone yesterday to $459 today to $489 10 minutes prices in the space of 30 minutes, each time with a significant increase. I was very excited about getting a new car and the whole experience was ruined for me. More
I initially had an issue with Paragon Acura but somehow Brian Benstock intervened and helped resolve the issue. I came into the Acura dealer hopeing to lower my payments on my car and walked out of the dealer with a new car. This is my seconded car that I have leased. These cars are amazing. As first time car buyers, both my wife and were skeptical of the process and anxious about getting a good deal. We did our due diligence when it came to research and felt we were armed with the knowledge we of the process and anxious about getting a good deal. What we were not ready for though was the level of service that was provided to us by Paragon Acura. JT and Camillo were not just salesmen but truly felt like partners in the process. They would answer every question (my wife asks a lot) and on several occasions stayed with us well after the dealership was closed. For them it wasn’t about making the sale, it was about making sure we found the right car for us whatever the model may be. However, what really speaks to the level of service we received is when my father in law, a CFO who is all about numbers and a tough nut to crack, was softened by the level of service and is now working with JT and Camillo on possibly getting some company cars from them. Last but not least there was Sharon. Once the car was purchased we needed to learn how all the gadgets and gizmos worked. Thankfully Sharon was there to make us feel comfortable and show us how everything worked. And like JT and Camillo stayed way past the dealership closing to make sure we drove off the lot knowing exactly what everything in car was for. We both thought: who needs a driver’s manual when you have her to help you? Whether you are a first time car buyer or have been doing it for 40 years, I highly recommend speaking to JT, Camillo at the 48th street location if you are interested in buying an Acura. And if you decide to purchase it, before driving off the lot, make sure you ask for Sharon to show you how everything works. Otherwise you might not realize the true potential of your vehicle. More

The car drives beautifully and the design and features of the car feels like it can drive itself. The staff was very helpful making the sales process, from one car to another, as easy and as quickly as possible. We were explained our purchasing options clearly and in ways which would benefits our needs (very important). I like to especially mention Murat DelJanin, Melvin Salcedo and Sharon Then for going above and beyond their duties. They made sure that every detail and expectation was met, even setting up our BlueTooth, before we drove home. Now, that's what I call service! More
