i try to get a car for my girlfriend this guys made a such good seen like they gave me a such nice deal but when i went to talk about my monthly payment they told me my high interest rate was about 12%an such good seen like they gave me a such nice deal but when i went to talk about my monthly payment they told me my high interest rate was about 12%and then they told me they will drop it down to 5.9% this is the brake down my trade in was 18.000$ Honda CRV the car i wanted was 39.620$ Acura RDX total now is 21.620$ plus tax 8.875%=1.918$=23.538$ now they told me my payment would be about 580$ a month at 5.9% or 689$ at 12% so i did my math at home 23.538$+5.9%=24.926$ for 60months now there mathe was 580$x60=34.800$SO AT THE END I ASK MY SELF HOW CAN SOMEONE TRUST THE DEALER WHEN THEY LOOK AT YOU WITH A NICE SMILE AND TRY TO REAP YOU OFF FOR ALMOST 9.800$ More
I purchase the car in Paragon Acura. After a month later, i went to the services center for my car because i heard some kind of the noisy, so i stay my car over night in their company. Then they call me next day to pick up the car and said my car is fine, it is good to go. So i go to pick up the car. When i look around on my car, there are damage on the rear bumper and front left and right size are scratch. Also i remember my gas is almost full, and the next day there are only 1/2 left in my car. I talked to them why is my car has a damage and scratch both side. They said they don't know and impossible, and said i did it by myself. When i check in, the guys was look around of my car and no damage. After 1 day my car has scratch and damage. They refuse to help me and i will contact the BBB to file the complain.This is very bad company that i ever see, if you want to get your car damage, then go there but i am not going back any more. " WE ARE GOING TO FIX IT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT OF OIL CHANGE ON TOP OF THAT I AM GOING TO GIVE YOU THREE TIMES OF FREE OIL CHANGE" i am totally cool with that so i let it be. on the second day i decided to fix it on my friend shop which is free. 2. i call sales person back saying i got a friend who want to buy acura MDX same model same one i have. do i get anything in return. he tolds me that " YOU ARE GETTING $500 FROM US". so i told my friend to buy with paragon acura. when we show up he changed the deal. saying " WE CANT GIVE $500 ANY MORE. HOW ABOUT THIS $250 PLUS ANOTHER THREE TIMES OF FREE OIL CHANGE." i am kinda xxxx but i am okay. 3. today 10-1-13 i went to my dealer to get a SECOND TIME oil change guess what this is what they told me "THIS IS YOUR LAST TIME FREE OIL CHANGE" i didnt say much other than let people what is going on. (are u kidding me when you promise 3 time when you crash my rim and refer a friend another 3 time. isnt that 6X of free oil change. this is my second time and also my last. screw you all paragon acura.) be careful where you buy your car. if they promise you something ask them to write it down and sign it. paragon is nothing but a lie. all they want is let you buy that car and screw you all over it More
I lost my Nissan due to sandy , I paid down 11 k for a 2010 Tsx ..I returned Tsx when I noticed it was hit and badly painted ,they loaned me a car until TSX was to be fixed. They they had me speak to sales man who told me that they would be paying off the loan of 18k but they would only pay 12k because the car lost value I had car 3 months . My shopping experience there for my 2012 Acura was described as rushed,pushy and pretended that they have your interest at heart..They are just concerned about how much money they can get from you. I have bought cars from elsewhere and never felt so confused and disoriented like I did at Paragon. To make matters worse, I was sold a wheel and tire policy by Dimitry,(financial advisor) without any explanation as to how the plan worked. I tried to ask him a few questions and he was just doing his thing and almost ignoring me. I went along with it because I thought since I was leasing for the first time and just incase I had a problem with my tire or lost the keys I would be covered. Well, that wasn't so.I actually was recently rejected by the insurer even after appealing the case for 2 lacerated tires while driving on the highway. In my frustration I called paragon and spoke to one financial advisor who first told me the contract for whel and tire can't be cancel. I called back another time and I was advised that it can but I have to come in to do the transaction. When I got there I spoke to Rob,one of the managers and he said, oh, you didn't need to come in for that.I had another 30 mins to wait for (Mike) financial advisor to come in. Mike was quite abrupt first time meeting him. He made a couple calls to find out whether or not I can cancel. Rob said he couldn't do anything about it and Mike gave me a contact number for the owner of the company. Called the owner of the company Mr. Levy, he told me he can instruct Mike how to cancel but whether or not I continue the monthly premium that was built in the lease contract was between myself and Paragon while Paragon is telling me even if I cancel the tire and wheel insurance I will still have to pay the extra $30 on the premium. I called back Mike to get the details of the cancellation, boy! he was rude and disrespectful and have the nerve to tell me that am interrupting his day.I end up having to continue the contract because cancellation will mean I get very little back and will have to continue the payments as usual..That is SAD! I would not recommend anyone to Paragon in the future.. More
Came here for service, with no loaner available, not even proper car wash given. Would never come back to this dealership. I regret spending money in here, spent almost $70 k for my 2 cars. Went to them hoping to purchase a new 2014 mdx awd tech. I had a 2011 mdx base for trade in. The trade in value I received was very low so I hoped they would make up for it on the purchase price for the new I had a 2011 mdx base for trade in. The trade in value I received was very low so I hoped they would make up for it on the purchase price for the new vehicle. Well no they did not, they didn't discount a penny on the car. They charged me full MSRP. After failing to get them to lower their price I said I have to leave, and then they tried to get me to lease. The lease was worse, trade in my vehicle, get no money back but lease for 3 yrs at $400 a month and then still owe 32k after the lease. I would lose even more money like that if I financed the vehicle. Did they honestly think anyone would be that dumb to take their offers? After two hours I walked out. One week later, I got tons of quotes from other dealerships and then wound up going to a dealership 20 miles further away and paid $4300 less than if I were to have purchased it at Paragon. I got $2400 off MSRP and the trade in value was $1900 more than what paragon offered. The guy at Paragon is very nice but to not discount a penny when others are selling it way below MSRP is just plain ridiculous. I will never step foot into Paragon again. More

they really know how to treat people here at paragon and you can tell they actually care about their customers, that is exactly how you get people through the doors and returning for service. I did not eve you can tell they actually care about their customers, that is exactly how you get people through the doors and returning for service. I did not even bring any coupons or ask for a discount and my advisor went on his own and printed them for me from the acura website, saved me almost $300, can't beat that anywhere. More
