1 more thing i forget to mention i never sow that $250 check. called the sales person. he says the accounting office is working on that. dont think i am getting it should listen to my friend who told me about them. which is how bad were paragon are. (he bought 2006 acura MDX with them too.) when he bought a new acura he bought with rallye. i should go to rallye (regret and hate) once again i dont think i ever go back to there. but paragon acura this is for you. 1. if you treat your customer fairly, we (customer) actually will recommend friend and family buy form you even if they are not intend to buy acura. small token of gratitude you offer to your prospective customer they actually bring business to your door step. 2. so far what i am seeing in paragon acura . this is actually what it is happening which is let the customer buy the car and screw them. what you guys are aiming is first timer and no return customer. with these happening you are losing your customer loyalties and drive them to Store. 3. do like what KFC old man did. go around gives people free chicken. of cause i am not asking you to give the free chicken to other. but this is actually you can do when protective customer are in offer them a small token of gratitude and they will talk all over it. eventually will bring business to paragon acura. letting them small fish go and bring in the big fish. 4. your service and sales compare to star Toyota is incomparable. last time when i help my friend call them up for service. we actually call the sales person kenny who help us make appointment. he recommend this and that stuff we needs and dont. he is reliable sales. thats why after MDX i am heading to stat toyota. DONE with PARAGON.
