During the 4 years at this dealership, I had my ups and downs, as anyone does with any dealership. However, the moment I hit a down and got in touch with Mike Timpone, the Service Director, it all got resolved in a manner of minutes. Not only was he professional and humble, but knew exactly what needed to be done in order to assist me and more importantly to fix my vehicle. The way he represents the dealership is exactly how every individual should. Moreover, he put me in touch with a service advisor AJ; who is very polite and knows exactly what needs to be done. Both of them have been responsive with e-mail and text messaging, without leaving me waiting for days on any requests that I may have; big or small; they are always on top of it. I love my vehicle from the day that I signed that paper and put my foot on that pedal and knowing now that I have a wonderful team of Mike and AJ in assisting me when I am in need to have anything done to my vehicle is great. The two of them are a wonderful example of how everyone should be approaching and threating their customers; with them it feels more as if I am going to see a friend who is going to help me out, rather than an employee at a dealership who is just doing their job.
