My Customer Service Experience I recently purchased an Acura TL from Paragon and I had a few minor issues in dealing with one of the salespeople who sold me the vehicle. I also had I recently purchased an Acura TL from Paragon and I had a few minor issues in dealing with one of the salespeople who sold me the vehicle. I also had a difficult time getting any satisfaction from one of the the entry level managers who got involved. I don't feel that it is important to go into details regarding the situation and what transpired. But what I will say is after Bill Finsilver began to handle my case, I started getting the answers and the attention that I was looking for. Within an hour of speaking with Bill, he had Parts and Service Director Mike Timpone reach out to me regarding my concerns. As I was speaking with Mike, I felt as if I was chatting with a buddy of mine. He was extremely empathetic and most importantly he listened to what I had to say. I myself have worked for Customer Service in leadership going on 13 years. When I receive great customer service, I feel it is important that the individuals involved are given the proper recognition. That is my sole purpose for writing this review.
