DISHONEST PRACTICES Purchased a 2010 BMW on Oct/4/2014. They told me and showed me the car fax that the car was not involved in any accident or had any body work. After p Purchased a 2010 BMW on Oct/4/2014. They told me and showed me the car fax that the car was not involved in any accident or had any body work. After purchasing the car from them , a week later I take it to a body shop for inspection and it shows that the car had been painted all over and a lousy paint job. I contacted general manager Andrea Sanchez and showed him the car,and told me they are willing to exchange the car at the book value which means I will lose money instead of being compensated for their unethical business by not telling me they painted car. I know for sure they paint the car and resell them without telling the consumers because I traded my car with some damages on it and when I went back after a week I saw my car , the car had been painted all over. I showed and talked to one of the general managers Andrea Sancez, he would not accept full refund or partial refund, Only exchange to something else at the book value not the money I paid a week or two ago. Not fair, if had I known the car had been painted over 75%, I would then decide on the purchase accordingly. At this point I know the car is not worth what I paid for with all that body and paint work that has been done on it. I would like a partial refund from them towards the car and they should stop practicing this kind of business. I have asked to speak to higher management regarding this , but no one ever calls me back accept the same general managers who refuse to do the right thing. THE BUSINESS ACCEPTS THE PAINT JOB IS POOR QUALITY AND I HAVE GIVEN THEM AN ESTIMATE OF $1432 TO FIX THE PROBLEM WITH MY BODY SHOP, HOWEVER BUSINESS STATES THAT IT WILL COST THEM 800 TO FIX THE PAINT WITH THE SAME PEOPLE WHO DID THE POOR JOB AT THE FIRST PLACE. IT SHOWS WHAT KIND OF JOB HE DID FOR 800 AND THAT IS WHY I WANT TO HAVE IT DONE AT MY BODY SHOP THE RIGHT WAY AT THE RIGHT PRICE WITH QUALITY WORK. BUSINESS DOES NOT WANT TO ACCEPT THAT AND I DONT ACCEPT THEIR OFFER. UNFORTUNATE THEY WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS WITH THIS KIND OF BUSINESS PRACTICES More

48-01 Northern Blvd Location: A waste of time!! Waited two hours in the lot with zero customer service! Key went missing. (Waited even longer for them to search for it) They wanted me to buy a car that I did not even test drive! We had an appointment, and treated us as though we just walked in. Extremely Pushy!!!! (I understand you're in sales but there's a point where its unnecessary) They waited till very late to tell us the banks were closed so they couldn't give us our rates! I overheard them gossiping about how they did not want to sell us the car for the price they gave us. Who gossips in front of customers!!?? The worse part of it was that they didn't even apologize for the HUGE inconvenience. Like take responsibility and make it right. Its called giving good customer service! Since we loved the car more than the experience we put a deposit on the car as they said to come tomorrow. Next day nothing is ready! Again I had to wait. But I'm very grateful for Alex. He was honest with us and made the rest of the experience smooth. All in all I love the car and If i did it all over again I wouldn't go there. I would go somewhere else where Great Customer Service is their priority. Thanks Again Alex!!! More

Showed the salesman and the owner that the power sunroof was not working when I brought it back for maintenance 2-3 days later. I was told that it was not part of the maintenance to fix the power sunroof, but the owner said he would "talk" to his mechanic. After extensive research on the problem, it's going to cost me anywhere between $1000 to $3000 to fix the issue. They have neglected to call me about the repair. So don't waste your time and money here. Update 9/3/2014 This is where my first review takes a 180 degree turn...... General manager contacted me regarding the issue. Brought the car in to be assessed. Took a week, but the problem is now fixed. Power sunroof working perfectly. Cost me another $800 out of pocket, but I guess it's better than driving with a broken sunroof. I know this was a costly procedure, and Paragon picked up well more than half the cost. Kind and courteous staff at 56th Street and Northern Blvd. Thanks to the service department for all their help in this matter. More
