The sales people i dealed with were so harsh and pushie to make you buy the car. If i remeber good it was a manager Andrea. So after i told them that i will visit them again with my mechanic to inspect the car he got mad. Than two day later same guy Andre called me telling me to come in and see the car again. So two hours later im showing up with my mechanic, and he didnt want to show me the car saying that he sold it yesterday.There was defenitly something wrong with the car since he didnt want to show it to my mechanic . Im very glad that i havent buy anything or that car from them. It the very childish game that they play with there costumers. I would never walk in my head in that dealer again. And i would never recommend it to anyone More

He sold me a car which I thought was in excellent condition ended up being a lemon. This cars been in the service center more times than the actual time I owned the car I have practically replaced every item on the car from engine to transmission and still doesn't run like it's supposed too. I got a lot more stories to tell about my experience with them but this review would never end. What a great disappointment it's been as this my first real car purchase and definitely will be my last. Please beware shop around you'll find some true honest dealerships out their. A Dealership Worth Visiting Looking to become a first time car owner, I was nervous about going into a dealership to swim with "the big guys". I was greeted by Andres who then in Looking to become a first time car owner, I was nervous about going into a dealership to swim with "the big guys". I was greeted by Andres who then introduced me to the rep who would walk me through the entire car purchasing process, James Lin. Both we very inviting and happy to help with the many many questions I had. There was no point in which I felt I was being pressured to commit to anything and for that I was thankful. James helped me get to a happy medium between my budget and a car that I would feel 100% comfortable and confident driving. When it came time to set up insurance, the rep (that they seemed to have on speed dial) provided a competitive and reasonable rate. It was great to be able to have their help on that part of the transaction as well. Overall I walked (or should I say drove) away feeling very pleased with the entire experience. While the whole process did take a few hours, I was able to drive off the lot in my now first car and couldn't be happier with the professionalism of both James and Andres. Everything about coming to this location was no nonsense and could be taken for face value. I didn't feel the need to push back on the deal being given because I felt like I was being given the best of the best. I would absolutely recommend you visit this dealership and put your trust in the hands of James or Andres, and I'm sure the same can be said for the rest of the employees! Happy driving! More

Service Work Update Horrible Disappointing Please READ .. I had a disappointing and sad experience during my purchase of a 2015 TLX Advance 4 Wheel Drive . This is not my first time purchasing a car from Acur I had a disappointing and sad experience during my purchase of a 2015 TLX Advance 4 Wheel Drive . This is not my first time purchasing a car from Acura , this is actually my third vehicle from Acura and you would think Acura as a whole values their customer but honestly maybe they did in the past but NOT ANYMORE . The quality and moral of Acura has declined and is very low . I would like everyone to beware of this , first of all my brand new vehicle is 2 weeks old and is perfect now because I fixed the issue with great expense but it was all worth it . I would however like to write this post so everyone knows that when purchasing any 2015 Acura please be careful of these items I am going to mention . Inspect it yourself or question your sales and service consultant . Last Monday 17th November 2014 , I experienced a flat tire in Manhattan New York where I reside and to my amazement ......... the first thing anyone would do which is normal is fix it on your own so you take it to a tire shop or dealership to be fixed however this was not the case at all . The vehicle had NO SPARE TIRE and I was not told this at my initial sale / purchase which is HORRIBLE for any customer . The customer has to RIGHT TO KNOW and given the choice what to do but as a whole Acura making vehicles like this is NO GOOD because it is a HAZARD AND DANGER TO THE CUSTOMER . I understand TECHNOLOGY is changing but ACURA NEEDS TO PUT THIS OUT THERE TO ANY CUSTOMER as usual this a money making issue for Acura now because if they tell you the vehicle has no spare tire you have to purchase one on your own or purchase one with them . More expense for you . Coming back to me Current issue which is still going on as I have now picked this issue up with ACURA CLIENT RELATIONS , I have a case number so this is not a light issue especially for anyone with a new vehicle or old vehicle . While encountering my flat tire on Monday since there was no spare tire within the vehicle was angry and I began to use their " SO CALLED TIRE SEALANT KIT FOR A FLAT TIRE " in nutshell ACURA version of a tire pump which is horrible . THIS TIRE SEALANT PUMP SEALED NOTHING ............... NOTHING I TELL YOU . The pump NEVER WORKED ONE BIT . This was my second disappointment and not the wheel that had the flat had WHEEL LOCKS to my horror the SO CALLED KEY FOR THE WHEEL LOCK did not work at all and the vehicle comes with NO WRENCH to remove the wheel lock despite everything going on . As a whole all three items are very vital and dangerous to your life and everyone on this site should be aware of it . This is a big disappointment on Acura as a whole and they need to remodel and recheck their design of this vehicle next time or any other vehicle they would like to design . This vehicle is truly the best and very powerful however it lacks vital simple items which are important . The flat tire sealant pump does not work at all as I mentioned above please be aware and there is no spare tire for the customer unless you purchase one on your own or from the company . Therefore if you get a flat the pump ONLY works if your tire has a hole JUST THE RIGHT SIZE FOR THE PUMP TO WORK ............ so everyone out there please pay attention to this . The third thing on your tires as mentioned by me before , the wheel locks are placed on all four tires however the vehicle has a key which may or may not work and there is no wrench within the car to open the locks . This is a great risk and a definitely NO on Acura as a whole . I took my pump and wheel to be inspected and the service person never updated with the outcome and forgot me completely hence no help from him . POOR SERVICE . I don't recommend this place and please be aware of your purchase of any 2015 Acura models it is a SAFETY ISSUE FOR YOU AS A WHOLE . My situation is ongoing at the moment , as I am currently holding Acura Client Relation responsible to giving me a NEW BRAND TIRE SEALANT PUMP AND A NEW SPARE TIRE IN PLACE OF THIS ONE THAT REQUIRES FIXING , FREE OF CHARGE . PARAGON ACURA WAS OF NO HELP IN ASSISTING ME , THE SERVICE CONSULTANT is horrible and did not have the courtesy and professionalism to call me back concerning my tire pump and flat tire I left with him on Monday 11/24/2014 with any updates as I have to report this to Acura client relation , I called him after two days and he had the audacity to tell me he forgot to get back to me . POOR COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE FROM HIM , what a useless guy omg . At this time , I have fixed my tires with every penny I paid for which was all worth it , I purchased 4 BRAND NEW MICHELIN RUN FLAT TIRES THE BEST INDEED FROM TIRE/TIRERACK . NOW THIS IS fabulous service from them , my car runs amazing now . This expensive vehicle also came standard with GOODYEAR EAGLE TIRES not a good thing to begin with as well . Anyway I wish to say in my closing please guys out there be careful and be safe . Take care of your own vehicle as you can see I am fighting currently to get acknowledged for their mistake but I will fight to the end until this matter is solved . DISHONEST PRACTICES Purchased a 2010 BMW on Oct/4/2014. They told me and showed me the car fax that the car was not involved in any accident or had any body work. After p Purchased a 2010 BMW on Oct/4/2014. They told me and showed me the car fax that the car was not involved in any accident or had any body work. After purchasing the car from them , a week later I take it to a body shop for inspection and it shows that the car had been painted all over and a lousy paint job. I contacted general manager Andrea Sanchez and showed him the car,and told me they are willing to exchange the car at the book value which means I will lose money instead of being compensated for their unethical business by not telling me they painted car. I know for sure they paint the car and resell them without telling the consumers because I traded my car with some damages on it and when I went back after a week I saw my car , the car had been painted all over. I showed and talked to one of the general managers Andrea Sancez, he would not accept full refund or partial refund, Only exchange to something else at the book value not the money I paid a week or two ago. Not fair, if had I known the car had been painted over 75%, I would then decide on the purchase accordingly. At this point I know the car is not worth what I paid for with all that body and paint work that has been done on it. I would like a partial refund from them towards the car and they should stop practicing this kind of business. I have asked to speak to higher management regarding this , but no one ever calls me back accept the same general managers who refuse to do the right thing. THE BUSINESS ACCEPTS THE PAINT JOB IS POOR QUALITY AND I HAVE GIVEN THEM AN ESTIMATE OF $1432 TO FIX THE PROBLEM WITH MY BODY SHOP, HOWEVER BUSINESS STATES THAT IT WILL COST THEM 800 TO FIX THE PAINT WITH THE SAME PEOPLE WHO DID THE POOR JOB AT THE FIRST PLACE. IT SHOWS WHAT KIND OF JOB HE DID FOR 800 AND THAT IS WHY I WANT TO HAVE IT DONE AT MY BODY SHOP THE RIGHT WAY AT THE RIGHT PRICE WITH QUALITY WORK.
