Thomas gave me choices and options and he was definitely about hi business. More importantly he was able to keep both sides happy. I leased out Acura tlx. As a customer I shopped everywhere to get the best prices. Whatever price I was most comfortable with Thomas Ng made it hAppen. Thomas made sure that I was the happiest person walking out the dealership. If I were to buy another car I would definitely go to Thomas Ng or recommend him to all my friends and family. This guy surely is the man. If you want great service and someone who is patient with all your needs Thomas is the man to see at paragon Acura. More

Thomas Ng had the car waiting for us and all the paperwork prepared. We completed the deal in an hour. He then took the car and had it washed and topped off. Our total time at Paragon was 2 hours. Very much worth the trip. Shawn assisted with explaining all the technical capabilities of sound, navigation, and other electronics. Thomas Ng and Shawn are a great team to work with. This was a no stress transaction. More

Because i am quite busy in the office, Thomas handled the terms of the lease over the phone and by email, and when i arrived at the dealership the next day, I was able to finalize the lease in very short time and drive away with my new MDX. Thomas really appreciated my time constraints and worked hard to ensure that lease got done with little effort on my end. Paragon Acura is aptly named Having my car serviced is always an inconvenience. I can't say how I long for the day that my automobile can run a 100k miles, maintenance free. But while I'm waiting for that day, I'm happy to know I've at least got a great service center to handle the job. I've gone to different dealers in the past and never have I met a group of employees that I feel I can rely on with confidence until now. I brought my car in for regular service and in the interim was thankful that the team at Acura handled their jobs with diligence. They spotted a potentially lethal part failure in my brake system, a result of the wonderful roads we have here in NYC. Something the mechanic spotted and that was uncomfortable with, so he brought a manager in to discuss the problem with me. Mike Timpone, the manager, explained to me the situation and after discussing my options he quickly helped me resolve the issue and get me back on the road. I'm grateful that they take their jobs seriously and communicate well as a team. It's nice to have sound peace of mind. Kudos to Mr. Timpone and his crew. More

Bad Service- Lack of Caring for Clients As of November I bought a pre owned Acura MDX at this dealership and did a good amount of research on vehicle, when i finally found the SUV I wanted I As of November I bought a pre owned Acura MDX at this dealership and did a good amount of research on vehicle, when i finally found the SUV I wanted I approuched dealership about MDX. Even though there were some slight flaws with the SUV mechanically it was pretty sound, I did not bother to haggle the price of $17,320 for a pre owned 2007, still a pretty hefty price. the same day I drove off lot the cars head lights started twitching and after I contacted the dealership right away about the matter it took a motn before I could get anyone to talk to me or see me about it, including the Sales Manger Andre Sanchez who orignally help sell the vehicle to me. the dealership now has quoted $1500 to replace 1 head light and say no one knew about this in the beginning to prevent it even though I kept in contact since day one about issue. If I had one main point to say it is that I have never gone through a dealership that gives you as many run arounds, disappearnaces of employees, sheer lack of respect to customers as Paragon Acura. there great cars however choose dealership wisely as you are stuck with this kind of mess for some years. Very Poor Customer Service I bought 2012 Acura certified MDX a couple of weeks back. Which had few issues and the sales person gave me a we owe list for the same. I have scheduled the service appointment for the same to fix but the service person were horrible in explanation and made me to wait 45 minutes for loaner vehicle paper work. Also he gave the ETA as Monday but I called them today to check the same and they said car is in body shop and they will get the same by Wednesday only after they will do the remaining work and they were not giving ETA for the same now. Very disappointed with behavior. I am asking the superior to take a look at it and correct the same. More
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/ Dishonest and Deceiving I Called Paragon Acura on 12/6 because i was interested in a 2014 ILX they had for sale and was directed to speak with the sales manager Andres Sanche I Called Paragon Acura on 12/6 because i was interested in a 2014 ILX they had for sale and was directed to speak with the sales manager Andres Sanchez at their certified preowned dealership. I scheduled and appointment and showed up later in the day.When i showed up later in the day to look at the car i was told that a sales person had taken the keys to the car and that he'd be back in a couple of minutes. After waiting for the sales person for about 45 mins the person showed up with no keys and no idea where the keys were located. I followed up with Mr. Sanchez regarding the keys and he told me that it would be no problem getting new keys cut and programmed and that the process would only take 2 mins. After waiting for 1+ hr i was informed that a new key would not be available due to a technician not being available. So i wasted 2 hrs waiting for a key that I'm sure i could've been told a lot sooner that i wasn't going to get. I spoke to Mr. Sanchez again and he apologized and told me to come the next day and that the keys would be ready. On the next day i got a call at about 2pm from Mr. Sanchez stating that the keys were cut and that i could view the inside of the car as well as test drive it. When i arrived at the dealership for the second time the the car would not start because the keys were not programmed and the tech arrived he couldn't program them for reason i cannot understand. For the last time i spoke to Mr. Sanchez and told him i don't know how he could be so dishonest and deceiving and that i refused to do business at this dealership. For anyone reading this review please avoid this place. More
