I originally went there just to look and inquire about trading in an older MDX and possibly buying a 2014 model. My sales rep Thomas Ng and the rest of their team are the best. Thomas listened to all my concerns regarding trade in values, purchase price/monthly charges of vehicle I could afford, transferring plates, and transferring insurance. Thomas worked diligently with me to have a smooth purchase, Thomas was able to exceed my expectations and I was able to purchase a better 2015 model and have all paperwork completed in a few hours and drive home with my new vehicle. Thomas also made sure I was satisfied with my purchase, by placing follow up phone calls/texts to me regarding vehicle satisfaction and asking if I had any questions. I be came nervous and call Paragon Acura services to ask them if it was safe to drive home. I was informed by the Manger Mike Timpone that as long as I didn't turn off the car I would be ok. He also informed me that I should come right to deal and they would help fit me in right away. Once I got there AJ Series rep took my car and had it inspected. It turned out that the terminal was loos. So there was no charger. I left the dealer feeling I could trust Paragon and that they cared. I would highly recommend using Paragon services. More

After the demo and a thorough explanation from Mr. Ng and his associates, the MDX looks even more attractive in real life. The time from meeting with Mr. Ng for sales and walking out of the door with a purchase contract was less than 2 hours, which was full of healthy negotiations and many accommodations. The staff all appeared to be very professional. Expect some wait time as this place is always busy! The experience is great and I would definitely see myself coming back again for another Acura car. The receptionist quickly helped me as she finished with another customer and introduced me to Thomas Ng! A very pleasant gentlemen! I was very straight forward with what I was interested in and my budget. I did not want to waste his time nor mine. Thomas made me very happy on the deal and worked well with me. He had patience and very informative. I was very happy and pleased with my purchase. I would of loved to meet the manager to make a better deal, but I think I got a good. I totally recommend Thomas Ng! I look forward to do business with him once my lease is up. I ended up taking the RDX! And I must say its a nice ride :) More
