Avoid this dealership, worst experience!!! I bought a 2011 used TL last year, and the car had a major problem with water coming inside the cabin. When I tried to get in touch with them to tell I bought a 2011 used TL last year, and the car had a major problem with water coming inside the cabin. When I tried to get in touch with them to tell them of the situation, they said that I might have left the windows down or the sunroof open. They treated me as if I was stupid or something. Mr. Camilo Barrientos who is a sales manager, and was part of the sale process, agreed to check the car, and I brought in for service. I was not offered a loaner at the time, and made things very difficult for me as I live in Westchester. I felt as if they did not want me there. They checked the car, and they fixed they said. I get the car back, and that same day we get some rain, and again the car is full of water. I go back, and they again with an attitude. They do other tests they say, and they cannnot find anything. Their mechaninc was nasty and he spoke with me, but he said to ask the sales person to request for a engineer to come check my car. The sales person said that there are no engineers at all. I left my car as Mr. Barrientos promised he would fix the problem again. They offered to deliver the car in my house when it was fixed. I did not have the car for three days, and when I get it. I pick up the floor mats, and it is full of water. I was fustrated and upset, and I did not accept the car, and I sent it back. I was taking a two week vacation at the time; I called Mr. Barrientos and I gave him two weeks to resolve the problem. When I came back, the problem was solved, and to my surprised there werre experts from Acura that needed to come in to fix the situation as it was something regarding the body in these cars. Another issue that I have now is the warranty that I was sold by Mr. Barrientos, to make the long story short; it is time for me to use the warranty at a different dealership. This Acura dealership is near my house, they put the claim and it gets denied. This warranty company is giving me all the buts and excuses possible. I called Mr. Barrientos and he is not helpful at all. He promised and said different things at point of sale, and now that is time to deliver on your word, nothing. It is a great dissapointment. I like Acura cars, I have owned two others in the past, and I own an MDX as well, but this dealership is the worst. The TL is the only car that I have bought from them and it was the was experience ever. When you are buying they can be the nicest people, but when it comes to service and issues they are the worst, very poor client service. I would recommend to avoid them. More

What an excellent Service Thanks Thomas NG I visited Paragon Acura but was not sure I will get a good deal but all that changed when Thomas greeted me and wife, listened to what we wanted and e I visited Paragon Acura but was not sure I will get a good deal but all that changed when Thomas greeted me and wife, listened to what we wanted and explained us everything regarding the process and eased my tention. I walked out happy with a new Acura TLX withing 90 minutes because trade in was involved..It all because of Thomas Ng.I do not hessitate in giving him top marks. More

Walking into Paragon was a refreshing change with someone greeting me as soon as I walked in. Thomas Ng was my sales rep. His knowledge of the Product(MDX) as well as his readiness to answer my questions were very impressive. He made me feel good about spending money at Paragon.
