Mark will do everything possible to make sure you understand your vehicle and that you are satisfied with its condition upon pick up, and follows up with you personally after a few days to make sure you don't have any other questions or problems he could help you with. Mark spent close to an hour with me because there were some issues with my vehicle and I didn't receive the floor mats. The delay was not his fault, but it could of been that the parts center was busy do to it being a Saturday. Mark is the guy that makes sure everything is done right, and make sure you are the number one priority. After all, you're buying/servicing a car... and that's the ONLY reason the dealership is there. Thanks Mark and Justin for a great experience! I will definitely recommend you to family and friends. Thomas was great, very knowledgeable, patient and tried his best to give us all the information we needed to make an informed decision, by giving us all our options. His knowledge of the Product(MDX) as well as his readiness to answer our questions were very impressive. He made us feel good about spending money at Paragon.
