He was very patient and ensured that we were all comfortable as we talked about our first purchase, an MDX. The trade in was fast and simple and was with us every step. He was very friendly throughout the whole dealing and made sure everything was just as we wanted. We were so satisfied that we came back to trade in another vehicle. Mark will do everything possible to make sure you understand your vehicle and that you are satisfied with its condition upon pick up, and follows up with you personally after a few days to make sure you don't have any other questions or problems he could help you with. Mark spent close to an hour with me because there were some issues with my vehicle and I didn't receive the floor mats. The delay was not his fault, but it could of been that the parts center was busy do to it being a Saturday. Mark is the guy that makes sure everything is done right, and make sure you are the number one priority. After all, you're buying/servicing a car... and that's the ONLY reason the dealership is there. Thanks Mark and Justin for a great experience! I will definitely recommend you to family and friends. I would not recommend anyone go there, but at Paragon as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the Sales manager who was very friendly and immediately tried to find us a sales Rep who was Thomas Ng. Thomas was great, very knowledgeable, patient and tried his best to give us all the information we needed to make an informed decision, by giving us all our options. His knowledge of the Product(MDX) as well as his readiness to answer our questions were very impressive. He made us feel good about spending money at Paragon. Probably the best customer service experience for us. Thanks Thomas. The other people whom we dealt with the finance manager and Mark (who explained the features of the car to us) were all great and very professional. The experience at Paragon was amazing. More
Avoid this dealership, worst experience!!! I bought a 2011 used TL last year, and the car had a major problem with water coming inside the cabin. When I tried to get in touch with them to tell I bought a 2011 used TL last year, and the car had a major problem with water coming inside the cabin. When I tried to get in touch with them to tell them of the situation, they said that I might have left the windows down or the sunroof open. They treated me as if I was stupid or something. Mr. Camilo Barrientos who is a sales manager, and was part of the sale process, agreed to check the car, and I brought in for service. I was not offered a loaner at the time, and made things very difficult for me as I live in Westchester. I felt as if they did not want me there. They checked the car, and they fixed they said. I get the car back, and that same day we get some rain, and again the car is full of water. I go back, and they again with an attitude. They do other tests they say, and they cannnot find anything. Their mechaninc was nasty and he spoke with me, but he said to ask the sales person to request for a engineer to come check my car. The sales person said that there are no engineers at all. I left my car as Mr. Barrientos promised he would fix the problem again. They offered to deliver the car in my house when it was fixed. I did not have the car for three days, and when I get it. I pick up the floor mats, and it is full of water. I was fustrated and upset, and I did not accept the car, and I sent it back. I was taking a two week vacation at the time; I called Mr. Barrientos and I gave him two weeks to resolve the problem. When I came back, the problem was solved, and to my surprised there werre experts from Acura that needed to come in to fix the situation as it was something regarding the body in these cars. Another issue that I have now is the warranty that I was sold by Mr. Barrientos, to make the long story short; it is time for me to use the warranty at a different dealership. This Acura dealership is near my house, they put the claim and it gets denied. This warranty company is giving me all the buts and excuses possible. I called Mr. Barrientos and he is not helpful at all. He promised and said different things at point of sale, and now that is time to deliver on your word, nothing. It is a great dissapointment. I like Acura cars, I have owned two others in the past, and I own an MDX as well, but this dealership is the worst. The TL is the only car that I have bought from them and it was the was experience ever. When you are buying they can be the nicest people, but when it comes to service and issues they are the worst, very poor client service. I would recommend to avoid them. More
