Love my new RDX I was ready to purchase an Audi Q5 and my co-worker insisted I check out the Acura RDX. I had a test drive on Thursday and picked up my new car on Fri I was ready to purchase an Audi Q5 and my co-worker insisted I check out the Acura RDX. I had a test drive on Thursday and picked up my new car on Friday! Patrick Cabarcas was my sales person. He took me for a test drive and gave me a demonstration of many of the car's features prior to me getting behind the wheel. I was quite impressed with the car. Patrick worked with me to come up with the right numbers for my lease. I have only had the car for 3 days and am still discovering new features. I got the 2016 with the advanced package so there is much to learn. I have not yet had any experience with the service department, but Mike Francis, in finance was easy to work with. More

He helped us find the right car, was very transparent, and made the transaction as seamless as possible. He made us feel at home, he spoke our language (Spanish), explained all of the options to us, and since I had to go to work, he got some paperwork together for me to finalize the deal and personally delivered the vehicle to me at work where we finalized the transaction!!. He is simply the best!! His sales manager even helped us get a matching interest rate on our loan (which saved us a trip to the bank), and we thank him for that, and the management team sprung in to action to help correct a Carfax report issue. More
