Prioritizes Marketing over Customers I have leased two cars (over the phone!) from Paragon Acura - with one year to go on my current lease, six weeks ago I received a letter stating that I have leased two cars (over the phone!) from Paragon Acura - with one year to go on my current lease, six weeks ago I received a letter stating that they were in need of low mileage used cars and would like to offer an early trade in. Obvious marketing but I took the bait and called. The salesperson told me that they actually had a buyer for my car (TSX Wagon is no longer being made) and they were very interested in making the deal happen. We spent about three hours over four phone calls and ultimately they did not have the RDX that I wanted in stock. Yesterday, I received another letter – so I called again. I spoke to Jetina and was very clear about my history with the dealership, the call six weeks ago, and that I was happy to make a deal but did not want to waste my time if it could not happen. I told her the mileage on my car, the condition, told her what I wanted and the price that I wanted it for. She told me that there were two cars in stock that would work – quoted prices. She asked if we could schedule an appointment – I again reiterated that I would only come in if it was to make a deal. I gave her my account number, told her to look into it and call me back when all was confirmed. She called me back 20 minutes later and told me that one of the two was in fact a demo, but the other was available and re-stated the price. She said that they needed to look at my car and if the condition was what I said, we should be able to make a deal. In good faith, I scheduled the appointment and went in today. The salesperson, Alex, appraised my car at $18,500 and told me that I had a lease payout of $25,000 – he said that we were far apart but would talk to his manager. And the dance began … he came back 15 minutes later and said he was sorry – we were too far apart and that he suspected a glitch in the system that sent me the letter in error. I expressed my irritation and told him that if Jetina had been forthcoming, this would not have happened. He did not give me numbers, he did not try to make it happen, he told me that I could have his contact information and deal with him directly next time I received this letter to avoid wasting my time again. I told him that there was no risk of that as I would not be coming back. As I was leaving, I stopped in to speak to the general manager Bill Finsilver who is ill-equipped to deal with women – and an angry one at that. He was condescending in his apology, and began explaining the intricacies of a car transaction to me – an explanation that I did not ask for nor did I need – and insinuated that I did not understand the offerings of the letter and was not clear with Jetina what my expectations were for the visit. As I left the dealership, I texted Jetina and told her that the visit was the opposite of what I was told and she responded “I’m sorry you feel that way. I do apologize I was only doing what I was told to do.” In thirteen words, she confirmed the lack of integrity the dealership operates with and that appointment quotas trump what would have been a 3 car, 9 year customer. Worst experience ever, but still recommending I had a test drive on 7/10, sales man was good initially. I went next day to make a deal with him. Offer was accepted signed for the car 2016 Acura MD I had a test drive on 7/10, sales man was good initially. I went next day to make a deal with him. Offer was accepted signed for the car 2016 Acura MDX white/beige with Tech pkg and acura watch. Signed up some papers and gave him $500 deposit and sales gave me the VIN number for the insurance. Nextday, sales said, the car comes with entertainment package (which I didn't ask), so you have to pay 2K more. I was surprised how come i get this surprise after signing up all the papers and depositing money. So, eventually deal was cancelled on Monday. To All, even if you deposit money, it could or it might happen, that particular rare color car could be sold to somebody else for more profit. I am not saying or acusing that this is what happened to me, but its a possibility. Just be aware. You be the judge. That's all. Rest of the customer services are ok, no demand so no complain, not like BMW or Audi dealers where you will be well respected, probably, one of the reason people still buy BMW, Audi. Update: Changing the rating, just make sure you promise only when you can keep. Buying from others though. Good luck More

Great service- Pargon Acura; Jose Perez & Camillo Barrientos When purchasing a new vehicle, it can be difficult envisioning an experience where you (the customer) leave the dealership feeling completely satisfie When purchasing a new vehicle, it can be difficult envisioning an experience where you (the customer) leave the dealership feeling completely satisfied. However, I must say for me, complete satisfaction was a reality. From start (Jose & Camillo) to finish (Mike Francis), the team at Paragon Acura was professional, efficient, and conducted themselves with integrity and professionalism. Specifically, interacting with Jose Perez and Camillo Barrientos was an experience on its own, as these professionals have the ability to empathize with their clients/ customers and address honest questions and concerns, while suggesting realistic options that fit their clients’/ customers’ needs. This was my experience at Paragon Acura and I will continue to visit Paragon Acura for future needs. - Leslie More

Service is very very bad!!! I did not buy my 2016 acura mdx sh-awd from Paragon Acura and therefore cannot talk about the sales experience. However, I installed roof-rails, cross I did not buy my 2016 acura mdx sh-awd from Paragon Acura and therefore cannot talk about the sales experience. However, I installed roof-rails, cross bars, and fog lamp from this dealer's service shop. My service advisor was very good and took time to hear from me what I wanted done. Even though I had to call to find out if my car was ready to pick up, it wasn't a big deal that I did not get any call from my advisor as he promised he would. The reason, why I am not satisfied is because when I went to pick up my car my car was dirty from the roof rail and fog lamp installation. There were fingerprints and all sorts of other marks on both the rear doors and on the front bumper. My advisor already left when I went to pick my car and I told the guy that I wanted the grille that came off from my car to install the fog lamp because they were about $90 each. The guy told me he would have my advisor call me but that never happened. Next day or the day after, I got a call from the survey dept of Paragon Acura and I explained her the entire situation and she told me sorry and assured me that I would get a call from my advisor to resolve this issue. That did not happen. So, now that I brought my car back home, I decided to wash the car to take off those finger prints. After I washed and dried my car, what I noticed were not one but countless number of scratches on both my rear doors. Scratches are minor but you can notice them and there are lots of them. This scratch seems to be made from someones belt as they were trying to install the roof rails (just a guess). I just bought this car a month back. Imagine how I would feel! This is a close to $60 K car and thats how they serviced it. I would never go back to this dealership for servicing and if you care for your car, you should look elsewhere for servicing. More
