An excellent and most efficient business experience Recently, when I walked in to Paragon Acura for the first time, I only had a notion of buying a bigger car for my growing family. In fact, I was plann Recently, when I walked in to Paragon Acura for the first time, I only had a notion of buying a bigger car for my growing family. In fact, I was planning on a Honda Odyssey. However, after an initial chat with Acura representative Thomas Ng, my wife and I became increasingly interested and we eventually bought an Acura MDX the next day. Our experience at PA was excellent and efficient. I'd say Thomas was the driving force behind that experience and it led us to complete the transaction the next day. His product knowledge was superb. He gave us honest advice that's suitable towards our lifestyle and what we needed. Most of all, he went above and beyond by giving us all the time we needed on the phone or by text outside of business hours. As a result, we ended up with a car that we're 100% happy with.
