I told him exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay and he accommodated me with my RDX My experience with Thomas Ng was truly exceptional. I told him exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay and he accommodated me with my RDX and hit my target price. The closing of my deal was done in a timely fashion and I picked up my RDX next day. All finance documents was prepared and he even contacted my insurance company on the addition of my new RDX. Signing all leasing documents & picked up my RDX took less than 15 minutes. His knowledge of the vehicle also helped me decided to closed my lease the same day. More

Best experience I've ever had at a dealership I have leased and purchased several cars before, however, I've never had as easy and a professional experience with a vehicle purchase than I did at m I have leased and purchased several cars before, however, I've never had as easy and a professional experience with a vehicle purchase than I did at my recent experience at Paragon Acura. Starting from my initial phone call all the way through the vehicle walk through after the paperwork was done was a pleasant experience where I felt valued as a customer. Gary was my sales rep who was very professional and knowledgable showing me the car I was looking at. I highly recommend anyone else to ask for Gary. Once we got into price negotiations, Ali (one of the sales managers) was reasonable and understanding of where I wanted to be price wise on the car I was looking at. He went above and beyond to ensure he earned my business and that I was happy with the price I was paying for the car (while being professional and without added pressure). Buying/leasing a car can be a stressful situation during and sometimes even after the transaction if you're not 100% sure of the deal you got. This will not be the experience you will have at Paragon. I highly recommend anyone who is considering a new or used Acura to give these guys a shot. They will do what it takes to make you happy. When i sat on his desk, i was impressed by all his winning awards. I made sure i was satisfied with my trade in value, and got me the best deal on a lease. He even gave me a loaner car for me to rush out to my meeting while he was getting ready for my new car for inspection and full details. Really happy with his service, will definitely get another lease from him three years later! More

Thomas was courteous and professional throughout the whole process. I was extremely happy to be able to reduce my payments and get into a new car the same day. Met with Fernando to complete the finance contract which was completed in a smooth and quick manner. Once the car was ready Adrian performed a detailed demo to show the new features of the new model. Definitely would recommend Thomas and Paragon Acura to others. More
The WORST service Ever! This was the WORST! Made an appointment online for a "Replace battery" light. Was made to wait 3 hours (!!!) to check battery, and only after I went u This was the WORST! Made an appointment online for a "Replace battery" light. Was made to wait 3 hours (!!!) to check battery, and only after I went up to ask and complain that the Service adviser bothered to go and check! Was told this battery also needs to be replaced for leaking acid (after less than 1 year!). This is a 5 minute job, but I was kept waiting 3.5 hours! Attitude from the service adviser and service technicians was that they were all doing me a big favor and I was a bother... When I was told that car was ready (just the battery was replaced!) I asked if felt pads were replaced on terminals and terminals were greased? Service adviser assured me that they were. I opened the hood and saw that he didn't even bother to check! No felt, No grease and Exposed Corroded wire off the positive terminal (fire hazard)! Service adviser is no-where to be found - decided to go to lunch. Loaner vehicle manager volunteered to help - he was Great and could not have been nicer! Car went back into work area. Shop was empty - no one to help. After waiting a while, both the Service adviser and service technician, that dropped in the battery, were found together in the break room. They started blaming each other and service technician Refused to install felt pads, to grease the terminals, or to secure exposed Corroded wire off the positive terminal!!! A senior mechanic agreed to take a look (another "favor"). He applied the grease, tightened contacts and covered exposed wires with electrical tape, confirming that it was a Fire Hazard + advising that wire in harness should be replaced (not in stock and would have to be ordered). Original factory battery was already replaced twice before by other Acura dealers for leaking acid over the last 4 years in other states. I brought in all the documents and explained situation and history. I asked to see Service Manager and was told he is not available - he is in a meeting. This is Not a good service and Not the way customers should be treated! Very Disappointed. Not a professional service! This was a Very Simple thing - just a battery replacement, don't even want to consider something serious! 2 days after this battery was replaced, "replace battery" message is back (obviously original issue was Not resolved) and original history/messages were not even cleared out. More
