Thomas Ng. He is a Top 50 Salesman for a reason. Came in looking for the 2016 RDX in a specific color and Thomas Ng worked with me to try to get me into one. He was courteous, answered all of my questions, was extremely patient during the test drive, and continued our conversation throughout the week via email and texting. As many here have stated, he is a natural salesman and his style never makes you feel pressured to buy. The man has a gentle touch. The ironic thing was, I didn't end up buying the car from Thomas. After we agreed on a price, I found out they were out of my color. That sort of thing happens. But that didn't stop him from trying to make a deal work. He got pretty creative with possible solutions, but in the end, I was pretty adamant on the color and I eventually went elsewhere to get it. I even paid a little more for it, but that disappointment didn't take away from my overall impression of Thomas and Paragon. A month later I still think about the exceptional service Thomas showed me that week. Not surprisingly, Thomas is rated a gold-star Top 50 Salesman. That's nationally, folks. And even though I didn't buy my RDX from Thomas, I promised I would buy my next car from him. More
Great Car, Even Better Service I came into the dealer with a set number that I was willing to spend...and Jose Perez and Mike Francis made that possible. I went to Paragon knowing which car I wanted, it just depending on how good the deal sounded and the salesman. Service is really important to me and the car could've been $5k cheaper, but with lousy service, I would've walked out. Fortunately, I walked out, but just to get into my 2016 Acura. From start to finish Jose was there to ensure that I left with that care. Undoubtedly that is his "job," but he didnt all at make it feel like it was a sales pitch or like he needed the sale. When it came time to talk $$, Mike Francis explained the details of all the financing options and got me the rate I wanted and it was all history from there. This is a great dealership, with great service, and they come highly recommended by myself and my fiance. She's already talking about what car we should get next... More
Paragon Acura of Queens Went to my local dealer Rallye Acura, where I had purchased my last two Acuras. Told them what I wanted and what price I wanted. Salesman came back with "I got my manager to approve your price!" He then went on to discuss terms and financing. I noticed his finger was over the actual price and when I moved his hand, I saw that THE price and MY price were two different numbers. It was about $90 but such a silly and dishonest thing to do, I walked out. Went on-line and got 3 quotes; Paragon’s was the lowest, but furthest away. I called the Rallye location who agreed to match the price if I had it in writing. I printed my e-mail and headed to the dealership where they promptly matched my price. Great! I was on my way without having to drive the extra miles. And then the games started. "Oh, that was the base price. That doesn't include the pro pack (wheel locks, trunk liner, cargo tray, rubber mats for $695. We add those because we trade with other dealers and they all have these. Paragon does, too. Go there. You'll see." I walked out. The next night, at dinner with a friend, I told the story. He says, call Paragon and see if you can go there now. Sure enough, at 8 at night, Melvin the General Manager said "I'll start the paper work." By the time I got there, the car was being detailed and the finance folks were checking my credit. It was exactly the car she promised at exactly the price. No games, no add-ons. I can’t overlook the work Mark Caceres, the product specialist put in. He was kind enough to show me all the features prior to signing all the paperwork. You can tell he knows his stuff. He really got me excited about my car. I don’t remember the last time I got excited about a car. Mark was very polite, offered me refreshments and even helped me choose some additional accessories that he recommended based on my driving habits. Even with the long drive, I'm glad I went there. Melvin is a force of nature; he's a joy to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for an Acura.If there was anything bad about my experience, it was that I was at the dealership too long after. I don't know if that's because they were busy or if it was the late hour, but it seemed to take forever. THANKS AGAIN GUYS! More

As a Psychologist, I am sensitive to sales gimmicks but my sales consultant, Thomas Ng was nothing but professional & forthcoming. Thomas Ng took the time to answer questions, gave me space to explore the different models in the showroom & did not put any pressure on making a purchase. His genuineness, & customer care were very apparent. I generally dislike car shopping, this was the best experience I have ever had (4 previous vehicles). While the vehicle speaks for itself, not enough can be said about the care I received from Thomas Ng & other Paragon Acura staff. More
