This dealer knew what I was looking for and made sure that I was getting a vehicle to satisfy all of my needs. They went through all the different options of this vehicle in detail. The manager, Francisco Collado, gave me a breakdown in the pricing for this vehicle if I were to lease or finance it. He gave me detailed pricing of each monthly payment and which options were more beneficial to me. Mr. Collado was with me from start to finish, and answered all of the questions that I threw at him about the vehicle. The manager and his staff were all very polite and had great customer service. As soon as I walked into the building I was offered coffee. They definitely made this a great experience and also a fun one. I am very pleased with the price and availability of the vehcile that I purchased today. I highly recommend shopping for a new or pre-owned vehicle at Paragon Acura. More

I read the bad reviews on yelp but i decided to check it out anyways, The car looked so much better in the pictures. I spoke with Thomas Ng about this, we had a deal in the works, alot higher price than i wanted. We were waiting for the fiannce approval and he had me and my fiance waiting for 1 hr without any updates, nowhere to be found. After waiting 2hrs me and my fiance left. He called us the next day reduced the price of the car, when checked out the car there was a water leak in the spare tire area which I pointed out and during the test drive i mentioned the transmission sounded no good so i bought an extended warranty with them for the transmission and the water in the spare Thomas said it was probably fro cleaning the car, i asked him many times if he was sure it wasn't a leak. After i took the car home i went to my mechanic and he tells me its a common problem with the Acura RSX that the water leaks into a spare, its a simple fix and the transmissions bearing is bad, will cost around 2-3k to fix, End result warranty company says its preexisting condition so they wont cover it, the dealership charged me to replace the part they supposedly took care of for the water leak. The transmission.... the service Dept said and i quote, "oh its a 10 year old car, its normal to have noises" -Alex(from service) great dealership avoid at all costs More

Pleasant and positive experience When visiting Paragon Acura last week. I attended an invitation from Sales mgr Murat to get a quote to sale my MDX back to Paragon. I ended up switch When visiting Paragon Acura last week. I attended an invitation from Sales mgr Murat to get a quote to sale my MDX back to Paragon. I ended up switching my MDX for a 2016 RDX. They tried to charge us for silly things like floor mats and wheel locks. Really? Come on. The Long Island dealer didn't have the cars and colors we wanted, either, and even their quotes were a bit...off. So we left and I promptly called Thomas as I promised I would. We immediately drove back into Queens to see him and drove away with a brand new Acura RDX Tech AWD a few hours later. We should've just gone to him in the first place.
