Starting from my initial phone call all the way through the vehicle walk through after the paperwork was done was a pleasant experience where I felt valued as a customer. Gary was my sales rep who was very professional and knowledgable showing me the car I was looking at. I highly recommend anyone else to ask for Gary. Once we got into price negotiations, Ali (one of the sales managers) was reasonable and understanding of where I wanted to be price wise on the car I was looking at. He went above and beyond to ensure he earned my business and that I was happy with the price I was paying for the car (while being professional and without added pressure). Buying/leasing a car can be a stressful situation during and sometimes even after the transaction if you're not 100% sure of the deal you got. This will not be the experience you will have at Paragon. I highly recommend anyone who is considering a new or used Acura to give these guys a shot. They will do what it takes to make you happy.
