Service rep wasn't helpful and the dealer didn't provide me for a loaner. I was on foot for about 5 days. Had to pay a cab to get to places and get from the d rep wasn't helpful and the dealer didn't provide me for a loaner. I was on foot for about 5 days. Had to pay a cab to get to places and get from the dealer to my house. On top of the monthly payments I make I had to pay over $100 during that week because Paragon Acura couldn't supply me with a loaner. I love Acura but I'd never recommend Paragon. Try any other Acura dealer. More

Unlike many of the salesman I've encountered, Jose had a strong consulta Jose Perez assisted my mother and I a few weeks ago in purchasing a vehicle. Unlike many of the salesman I've encountered, Jose had a strong consultative approach through the entire process. He was not pushing vehicles in our faces and worried about the sell. Instead he educated us and explained the reasons behind his suggestions. I am at ease with the collective decision we made in choosing our vehicle (2013 Acura TL with only 8K miles). Beyond my expectations I enjoyed working with my sales person Alex Mejia. He was great in every every aspect, kind and great product of knowledge. We cut through all the BS and he gave me a really great price on my car. He was so great, that he even took the time, to deliver my vehicle with a demo specialist (Mark), to my house, on his day-off, on a rainy day, now that deserves a lot of credits. I've had 5 previous MDXs and Mark somehow managed to blow me away with amount of technology that was in the car. I appreciated the time and care both these guys took to get the job done. There are not that many sales people, like my sales person, Alex Mejia! If you ever need to buy a car, go to Alex Mejia. You will not regret it. I promise you!! More
