So on 1/30/2016 we were greeted by sales Manager Camilo Barrientos who was welcoming and friendly. His professional and helpful demeanor set my girlfriend and I at ease as he guided us through the beginning process. He clearly explained the deal we were receiving and even compared it to other cars currently on the market. Satisfied as we were with the deal we began the paper work with Camilo and he helped us even further by getting the car insured by a Geico rep. After the papers were processed we were appointed to meet with Michael Francis of the Finance Dept. who was extremely knowledgeable of our financial needs. The terms we agreed upon best suited our lifestyles and we were on our way with our car. be patient to see your final number even i did not purchase my vehicle in this dealership, i still wanna give a positive review on this dealership. my sales associate was antony toro, h even i did not purchase my vehicle in this dealership, i still wanna give a positive review on this dealership. my sales associate was antony toro, he's great on his job and tried his best to help me to make a deal with acura. after i said no on the deal, their client care manager Tiffany did a great follow up with me and also tried all possible method to get me a deal. the reason why i did not make the business with them is the Lucky fault made by other dealership, coz they quote a very low price on 7yr/100K bumper to bumper warranty by mistake, so for money sake, i chose the other dealership. and why i didnt give five star?? because, paragon's internet list price is the lowest in the area, but at the same time, they will also give you the lowest trade-in value on your trade in vehicle. after the calculation, the price wont be that attractive as it's shown on the website. i will recommend this dealership, but i also recommend all customers to do more research and calculation before making decision.
