We traveled from Connecticut to Woodside in the hopes of selecting the perfect MDX from Paragon's vast inventory of certified pre-owned cars and makin We traveled from Connecticut to Woodside in the hopes of selecting the perfect MDX from Paragon's vast inventory of certified pre-owned cars and making arrangements to buy it. We also wanted to discuss the trade in our 2010 Toyota. We assumed we would come back later in the week to exchange the vehicles, after all the paperwork was done and conclude the transaction. We never imagined that after a couple of hours with Thomas that we'd be driving home in our pristine Silver 2013 MDX.! We even had time to stop off for a fine German meal in my old neighborhood (Glendale) before cruising up the Hutch to CT. Thomas and his colleagues Johnny in Finance and Adrian in Delivery made the whole process simple. I would recommend Paragon Acura, Thomas Ng in particular, to anyone looking for a new luxury ride. *Edit 6/1/16 Upon close inspection, I found out that the car that we received was a demo car in the showroom. This was after my family and I insisted that we get a brand new car. Thomas assured us that it was a brand new car, and not a demo. But the VIN number from the picture of the car in the showroom that we previously took before talking to Thomas and the VIN number of the car that we currently have are exactly the same. We are disappointed and feel betrayed. This changes the perspective on my car buying experience entirely. I realized that the dishonest car salesman stereotype exists for a reason. More
