Horrible Customer service after sale is completed I found the dealer on cars.com and got attracted by the low prices posted online for a certified car. I set up an appointment with Thomas NG. He was helpful and polite and was able to find the car (certified Acura MDX)we were looking for and at the right price. . As with most used vehicles, there were some minor issues such as body repair and paint. He agreed to get those fixed and provide us a loaner car. We took the delivery of our car on 3rd July,2015 and went again on 8th July to drop the car for repairs and pick a loaner car. After many unsuccessful attempts to contact service to follow up on the repairs. i got the car after repairs on 22nd July. Before I went to pick the car, I was told that there is a windshield crack which I have to get it repaired. I told them will come and speak to them in person. I went and spoke to used car sales manager Peter, he said they would replace it and I have to come back again from NJ to get the car fixed. After leaving the car for more than 2 weeks for minor repairs, I was not sure how long will they take to fix the windshield. So I said, will get this fixed by my insurance and they would reimburse me for the deductible. Later I found that the front cameras has to be recalibrated, which is an extra cost. So I texted Thomas NG on 10th August to set up an appointment for 12th August to replace the windshield. I was waiting a call from Service department about the appointment time which never came. So i started following up and was told the part is not ordered yet and they set up an follow up on August 20th. Based on my earlier experience, I wanted to check on the part so I dont go to NYC to hear the same story. They said nobody ordered the part, heard the complete ordeal on phone and said someone would call me to get this fixed. No call received as of writing this review. Also when my car was at the dealership from 7/8 to 7/22, they received a parking ticket and left it in the glove box without telling me. I found it and called them to inform about it, they said will pay it. I also send the scanned copy of the ticket, but it was not paid and the due date already passed and the fine has been increased. More

Thoman Ng is THE BEST! I initially went in to look at cars, with no intention of buying. I met with Thomas and he was GREAT!!! Lack of knowledge I left my MDX for service on Wednesday after a week wait for orders part to come and they promise within 4 days My mdx will be ready. I got call next day of my mdx left saying your mdx still on service we will call when ready I left Wednesday got mail from paragon on Friday saying that my mdx ordered part arrived it's funny they told Tuesday they receive part and told me to left on Wednesday after that no response from Paragon I called no once answered transferred all over different locations Honda service area sales area and many times rings only and they disconnect left massage plenty of times no return call finally I got call Monday again promising Tuesday to be ready and I went to pick up Tuesday And as a matter of trust I left as soon as I rich home I noticed they removed my many parts from my car and didn't even put it back I called and informed they told me to come back before 7 pm and I went back at close to 6 pm they said come back tomorrow manager left for the day. I went next day manager was busy unable to meet service adviser told me to tags and do the paper work again and I waited they bring back as it is saying it was just like that. Trying to meet manager she told she will tell manager to call me later. I left never get called I called and finally able to talk he told me to come back wow then I went back he show to his service person telling him to listen to me and fix he took car after 30 min some different from loners vehicle person give me key told your car ready I took but still my some unlocked pard still missing it's terrible service I received. More
